I had a wonderful experience at Petspital Veterinary Clinic. The staff is extremely caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about animals. From the moment I walked in, everything was well-organized and hygienic, which immediately built my trust. Dr Shahil took the time to thoroughly examine my pet, explained the condition clearly, and suggested the best possible treatment without any unnecessary procedures. What stood out the most was their patience and kindness—not just towards pets, but also towards worried owners. The clinic is well-equipped, and the overall service is prompt and efficient. My pet felt comfortable, and the recovery has been smooth thanks to their excellent care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate veterinary services!

I had a really great experience with Dr sahil . From the moment I walked in, they were extremely professional, kind, and genuinely caring towards my dog. They took the time to properly examine him, explained everything in a very simple and clear way, and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. What stood out the most was how gentle and friendly they were with my dog—it instantly made him feel at ease, which is not something you see everywhere. You can clearly tell they truly care about animals and are not just doing it as a job. Overall, I felt very reassured and satisfied with the service. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate for their pets.

Dear Dr. Sahil Behal and the amazing team at @petspital.in, We found you through Internet and relied on the reviews, hence it is important that I also share my experience. We can’t thank you enough for the outstanding care you gave our cat Benni. He was diagnosed with urinary blockage due to crystals in urethra. When we brought him in, the indwelling catheter from the previous hospital (MaxPetz) was blocked and twisted. You immediately stepped up, replaced the catheter, admitted him right away, and looked after him from 10th to 18th May. Benni is now feeling so much better and getting back to his happy self. What truly touched our heart was that even though we were out of the country, your team went out of their way to send us daily video clips and health updates. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in loving and professional hands. You didn’t just treat a patient — you treated Benni like your own and supported us like family. You have set high standard of pet care in Ghaziabad. We are grateful and highly recommend Petspital and Dr. Sahil Behal to every pet parent! ❤️ Thank you, Rajiv & Family (Benni’s parents) 🐱 #PetspitalGhaziabad #DrSahilBehal #BenniTheCat #GratefulPetParents

I cannot thank Dr. Sahil Behal and Dr. Lakshay enough for saving my dog's life. My dog was diagnosed with cancer last year, but last night around 11 PM, his condition suddenly took a turn for the worse. He stopped eating, and his eyes were rolling back—it was a terrifying moment for our family. Since our regular vet is not open 24/7, I desperately searched for emergency care and found this hospital. Despite it being late, Dr. Sahil Behal personally answered my call at 11 PM. He stayed calm, guided me through the situation, and assured me that their 24/7 facility was fully equipped to handle the emergency. We reached the hospital at 12:30 AM and were met by Dr. Lakshay . He was incredibly professional and diagnosed the issue immediately. He explained everything to us in great detail and started the treatment right away. Within an hour, my dog’s fever dropped. It was like a miracle—the same dog who couldn't even stand at home was back on his feet at the clinic! When we got home, he finally ate his treats and food (which he had been refusing all day) and slept peacefully. This morning, he is walking around and feeling much better. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Sahil for his guidance on the phone and to Dr. Lakshay for his expertise and care during the middle of the night. If you are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and 24/7 veterinary hospital, I highly recommend them. They truly care for their patients!
