hand a wonderful experience here from the staff to the doctor everyone is very helpful. As a first time pet parent I had multiple questions for my pup and was thoroughly explained how to take care of him. Thank you.

Have been coming here since years ! Because of the trust we have, the man sitting on Churchgate Petzone reception is extremely rude and literally shouts on calls if you get late ! How the hell is this professionalism where you scream on pet parents !!! No manners no ethics this he has done on repeat for different reasons!

She is the biggest fraud and money minded lady. They told us that my pet was suffering from cancer and got his spleen removed. While having all the consultations they charged us bomb. once Leena Dalal spoke on call just for 2 mins and demanded 3k. We took second opinion and the test came out to be negative. Be careful as they don't care about your pet

The doctor is unprofessional. Plus you want you pet to be in good hands and I don’t trust this doctor considering what I’ve heard, as some doctors are behind to make money and not genuinely care about a pet
