A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Deep and the entire Petzone team for the exceptional care and compassion you showed Cleo. We never imagined how serious her condition was until we reached the clinic. Within an hour of her examination and diagnostic tests, the team had accurately diagnosed the problem and successfully operated on our 13-year-old baby, truly saving her life. Although it was incredibly difficult to leave her at the clinic for three days of post-operative care, we knew she was in the best hands. Cleo had never spent a single day away from home or without us, so naturally we were very anxious. The entire team went above and beyond, calling us regularly and sending videos and updates on her recovery, which gave us immense comfort and reassurance that she was being cared for with love. Today, we brought Cleo home, healthy, recovering well, and back where she belongs. We cannot thank Dr. Deep and the entire Petzone team enough for giving us our precious girl back. We would wholeheartedly recommend Petzone to every pet parent. Their professionalism, expertise, compassion, and genuine love for animals are truly exceptional.
