The staff is incredibly compassionate and attentive, treating pets with genuine love and care. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and well‑organized, which immediately puts both pets and owners at ease. My pet received excellent treatment, and I felt reassured throughout the process. Truly a place where pets are cared for like family. Highly recommend!
I’m extremely happy with my cat’s full grooming session done at Petzone! 🐾 The team did a wonderful job — very gentle, patient, and clearly experienced with handling cats. My pet came back looking clean, well-groomed, and completely relaxed, which says a lot about the care given. The attention to detail, hygiene, and overall service was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for safe and professional grooming for their furry friends. Will definitely be coming back! 😊
I took my lil princess for grooming today. But I am very upset. My kittens ears have red spot after grooming. Her eyes were not cleaned. And I understand she pooped in fear of sound of dryer. But shit stayed on her coat. I simply paid 1600 for grooming when I had to take care of things again. This was not expected of this place. I trusted you with my kitten and you failed. Very very upset. _------_----------_- I had my lil kitten spayed. I used to go for regular checkup and vaccination also to Petzone. The whole team was excellent. Very knowledgeable and take good care of our lil angels. My kitten is a rescue and already had past trauma but Dr. Gargi with her patience and love has helped Luna to have good health. Also appreciate the surgeon Dr. Vishwatej for successful surgery. Thank you team for answering my million questions so patiently. Not fancy but best vet in Powai.
I’ve been bringing my cat here for grooming and have had a great experience every time. The staff handles my cat with care and patience, which really matters to me. The grooming quality is also very good. Overall, a reliable and pet-friendly place in Powai!
Though doc Gargi seems good. They are big time scammers. Be careful when you go there and first inquire about the charge for everything. They made me buy shampoos for which I paid. Used the same shampoo opening my bottles on my dog and charged me separately for using the shampoos.
