Good and just ok!!! Last time they treated our stray dog , it was good . But this time( 28 April 2025 ) when we took our 12 yr old cat with paws bleeding due to nails in both front paws person was not sure first said wait then directed us to take some groom shop , I told him need to sedate her because not friendly otherwise we would cut nails in home ourselves . Anyway went to near pet clinic there and treated her without sedated and she almost ran out and I got hold her with all scratches but she is fine. So I don’t understand PFA clinic treat only selected cases or can’t sedate something !! When paws bleeding should have treated there as we were ready to wait and like last time we would made donations so money wasn’t issue, hope they continue treating at least strays without hesitation.
Tucked away within a thriving ecosystem of the PFA wildlife rescue & conservation centre is the PFA pet care & clinic, the wing that offers sterilization services for cats and dogs at economical rates. On March 30th, our Indie Bobbi was spayed at the PFA clinic for which we would like to acknowledge Dr. Darshan and staff for being approachable during the entire process. They handled our dog in an efficient manner before, during and after her sterilization. We kept our Indie for observation for 2-3 days till her sutures healed. What I loved the most was the spacious cages in which the dogs are placed during recovery, trumping other hospitals in terms of cage space. That gave us immense relief. Overall, we had a positive experience. The uniqueness of the clinic lies within its visual appeal and soothing natural backdrop. Pet parents, caregivers who bring in their pets, community animals, streeties for surgery will be put at ease just by absorbing the atmosphere. Also, please note that they do offer pick, drop services provided the dog,cat is secured before hand. I would like to conclude this review by acknowledging Col. Dr. Navaz Shariff for making me aware of the sterilization services that they offer, without which I wouldn't have known that such a gem of a clinic existed. So thank you.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Hidden Gem for Pet Care! This clinic is one of the best-kept secrets for pet parents! Though not many people seem to know about it, it’s truly a fantastic place to get your pet checked. The doctors are knowledgeable, gentle with animals, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The staff are warm and genuinely care about the pets they treat. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the overall experience feels very personal and comforting. If you’re looking for a place that combines expertise with compassion, this is it. Highly recommended for anyone who wants the best care for their pets! 🐾
