Dr Sarojini Kamble's diagnosis is perfect. She is a skilled doctor who performed sonography of my golden retriever. Her knowledge is precise and she ensures that the pet parent understands the root health cause. The hospital is quite spacious and hygienic levels are top notch. Also post sonography a proper follow up was taken by Sarojini Ma'am. I am happy with this place.
We had a very tough time when our cat fell seriously ill. We had visited a few well-known vets in Thane, but most clinics were either short-staffed or not properly equipped due to Diwali. By sheer luck, we came across Planet Animal Hospital through Google, and it turned out to be a blessing. Dr. Sarojinee Kamble immediately took charge and provided exceptional care. The hospital is fully equipped with advanced facilities like a 2D Echo scan, Sonography, ECG and high-quality medication. The staff is pro-active, professional, compassionate, and well-trained. Thanks to their timely and skilled treatment, our cat is now stable and recovering well. Truly a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy veterinary hospital. Highly recommended to every pet parent in Thane!
Dr Sarojini Kamble killed our persian Cat. Due to her negligence on the pre assessment before neutering Cat our Cat didn't survive. She sedated our cat and her heart beat went low and she went into coma that led to her demise. Dr Kamble has been checking on our cat since a year and she has done unnecessary assessment of cat and given us expensive bill however, she never notified if the cat has any other health issues. She sedated the cat more than the requirement and is not willing to write on paper. She didn't do any check on her heart and asked not to feed the cat from night. Our cat died after sedation and she lied to us for an hour saying that we are trying to save her. The cat was starving and we got her for surgery. We did all what she said since a year and relied on her experience. She said it has never been a case. It was her responsibility to examine the cat thoroughly. She had advised us to neuter the cat or else th acat will get weak of getting pregnant. And today she is not more. All because Dr wanted to experiment basis her illogical reason. My mother is in horrible pain due to this day. Dr Kamble has been horrible experience. We would not recommend at all to visit her. Her staff knows very well how to bill anyone with unnecessary test. My sincere request to her to revisit her studies on examination of animals and how to behave well. Keeping pets at home doesn't mean you can be a good animal lover. I don't have a choice to give negative rating here.
