I’ve had a disappointing experience every time I’ve visited this clinic. I used to bring my pet dog to Dr. Aruna, but each visit has been frustrating. While I understand that some waiting is expected at a veterinary clinic, there seems to be no system for managing appointments or patients. The wait times are excessive, there’s no crowd management, and many visits end without a clear diagnosis or explanation. Today’s experience was especially disappointing. I arrived at 9:05 pm and was still waiting at 9:45 pm because nearly 30 minutes were spent clipping a cat’s nails. During that time, another patient who had arrived after me was taken in first. Clients’ time is valuable too. The clinic needs better processes and clearer staff responsibilities. Instead of allowing consultations to run unnecessarily long with casual conversation, the three staff members should have defined roles so routine tasks can be handled efficiently and patients are seen in a fair and timely manner.
