I've been visiting Precise since 5 years for my cat, Lola. Dr. Yamini has been our go to doctor for any problem or issues related to our cat. Anytime my cat has fallen ill, Dr. Yamini and all the staff members at Precise have been very active and prompt with the treatment to get our cat back to being healthy. We also got our cat spayed in the clinic through Dr. Yamini and the surgery was successful and our cat was up and normal within two days. We are happy with the quality of the service and the check-up provided each time we visit the clinic.

We have been visiting Precise Pet Clinic for 3 years now. Dr. Champak Naik has been treating Lucky since he was a kitten. We moved to Kalyan Nagar and changed his vet, but we had to go back to Dr. Naik because we did not get the same care and handling that we got from Precise. Lucky always showed off his Kung Fu in the other clinics. My cat wouldn’t let me or any Doctor touch him when he is unwell. He only lets Dr. Naik treat him. We travel for an hour to get here but it’s 100% worth it. What I like about this clinic and Dr Naik : 1. Hygiene This place is always spotless despite being so busy. 2. There is NO GUESS WORK. There is never a ‘maybe it could be this infection” etc that you get from most vets and even physicians. They suggest a blood test to be 100 % sure. 3. The charges are very reasonable. For the amount of time Dr. Naik spends with every case, it’s priced very fairly. 4. He spends a good amount of time bonding with the pet before handling them. 5. He makes it a point to educate the pet parent with pictures and terms and makes sure you understand 100 percent what’s going on with the pet. You will always go home with a sizeable amount of medical education. 6. They have an awesome portal where you can log in and view you pets treatment history even if you lose the paperwork. 7. This clinic does NOT up-sell vaccines by scaring you, like most clinics I’ve seen. I’m super impressed with this! 8. Post care is awesome. They follow up with you till you confirm that the pet is OK !

My dog died just few hours after taking her to the vet. Inexperienced doctors!! Went to see them for a cut on the feet and they gave my dog an injection causing her to to react negatively. I lost my dog due to mistreatment. Don’t ever take your pet here. I’ll never get my dog back I don’t want anyones pet to go through the suffering my Lucy went through.

After several visits to vets, we finally found answers with Dr Yamini. She and her team are so wonderful and knowledgeable. After a year of not figuring out what was wrong with our dog’s digestive system, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. We are SO relieved to have found her. Couldn’t recommend them more! This place is clearly made out of love for animals. ❤️

In 2018, when I shifted to Bangalore with my (then) 7 years old dog, I was looking for a vet. After trying our various clinics and hospitals, I came across this clinic through a friend. I have been soo happy with their services ever since. Dr Champak motivated me to reduce Hippo's weight by 10 kgs and we did it. Thanks to him for all his direction! In June 2020, Hippo met with a terrible accident and broke his leg. His elbow was broken into 3 pieces. Dr Yamini explained the seriousness of his leg in a very soothing way. She was straight upfront that Precise is not equipped to handle this kind of surgery. But, she went out of her way and helped us find the best surgeon for Hippo. With all her help and support, Hippo has been all okay now. Thank you so much, Precise. You guys are the best. I miss having doctors like you in Mumbai!
