Dear Mr. Dikshant and Dr. Satyam Mishra, I hope this message finds you both well. I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible support and care you provided for my Labrador puppy, Millo, during a very challenging time. When we brought Millo home at just 34 days old, we were filled with joy and excitement. However, our happiness soon turned to worry when Millo, at around 66 days old, suffered from bloody loose motions. Despite numerous visits to various veterinarians in Delhi, we couldn't get a definitive diagnosis. We felt helpless and deeply concerned for Millo's well-being. Mr. Dikshant, your unwavering support and invaluable advice were a beacon of hope during this difficult period. Your guidance led us to seek an ultrasound at Raja Garden, which revealed the severe issue of Millo's small intestine being completely inserted into the large intestine. Despite being told that there was only a 1% chance of Millo's survival post-operation, your encouragement and recommendation to consult Dr. Satyam Mishra were pivotal. Dr. Satyam Mishra, your exceptional expertise and compassionate care were nothing short of miraculous. You not only identified the problem but also assured us that Millo would be in good hands. The way you handled the situation, including the emergency operation that successfully removed the small intestine from the large intestine, was truly commendable. Your positive attitude and professionalism gave us the confidence we desperately needed. After 7-8 days of hospitalization, Millo returned home healthy, fit, and full of life. Today, at nine months old, he is a testament to the outstanding care and dedication you both provided. Words cannot fully express our gratitude. Dr. Satyam Mishra, your experience and positive approach have left an indelible mark on us, and Mr. Dikshant, your support will always be remembered as a lifeline during a crisis. Once again, thank you both for everything you have done. Millo is thriving today because of your remarkable efforts.
