My cat has been under Dr. Leila's care at Raintree and I've been happy with her. The ultrasound was done in-house and promptly, and she has stayed with the case herself instead of handing it around, which matters when you're anxious about your animal. I'd encourage the clinic to put a written in-house SOP in place — a standard examination checklist by species, a way of flagging pending items in the file, and a senior sign-off on cases where residents are involved. The residents are clearly still learning, which is expected, but structure would support them and reassure clients. Compassion and thoroughness are what a pet parent remembers most. Raintree has the first; a simple SOP would lock in the second. As with any clinic, I'd suggest reading the full range of reviews here, not just this one, and asking direct questions about your pet's treatment plan so you're comfortable with it.
