Based on my personal experience, I would never recommend this clinic to any pet owner. I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the care my beloved cat, Max, received. I trusted this clinic with his life, but I left feeling that my concerns were ignored and that my cat did not receive the attention, monitoring, or compassion he deserved. The consultation fee was ₹800, but this is not about the money. I would have paid any amount if my cat had received proper treatment and had a chance to recover. What matters is that my pet deserved a thorough examination, proper monitoring, clear communication, and responsible veterinary care, none of which I felt we received. As a pet owner, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and my cat's condition to be monitored carefully. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed, my cat was not properly examined, and there was a lack of communication and responsibility throughout the treatment. No amount of money can bring Max back. He was my cute baby, my family, and losing him has been one of the most painful experiences of my life. Every pet deserves a veterinarian who listens, communicates clearly, monitors the patient carefully, and provides compassionate care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this clinic. In my personal experience, I found the doctor to be careless in the way my cat's case was handled. I do not know about the treatment given to other animals, but I felt that my cat was not properly examined, monitored, or treated. I am sharing my experience so that other pet owners can make an informed decision. I hope no one else has to experience the heartbreak of losing a beloved pet the way I lost my sweet Max. When my cat's condition became critical, the doctor finally advised me to take him to Blue Cross Veterinary Centre. By then, I felt that valuable time had already been lost. I wish this recommendation had been made much earlier or that my cat had been given the proper treatment and close monitoring he needed from the beginning. Sadly, despite everything, I lost my beloved Max.
