  The fact that they call themself a 24*7 emergency hospital is a joke. Diagnosis is super sketchy. This place runs on hero worship of just one doctor - Dr Gautham - who is not available enough, and all the other doctors are far too unskilled. Dr Gautham does not even take calls from his staff when he's not in the hospital - It does not matter if the hospital is open, emergency cases are present, and the attending doctors are absent/incapable. Mahesh, supposedly the main attendant, is horrible to cats - especially indie kittens. He is rude, impatient, unkind, and aggressive with indie kittens, and does his best to stress out the kittens and the pet parents. Pet parents who do not speak Kannada are dismissed left, right, and centre. The apathy of this place is beyond limits. Zero accountability.

  My cats survived FPV thanks to them. The doctor looked at her eyes and recommended a blood test since their eyes seemed drained. Caught it early and gave us the right meds. Dr. Gautham is an amazing vet. He understands how to handle animals with care. I've never visited any other vet for my cats but I can safely say it would be really difficult to find someone better than him. Would recommend visiting the clinic on a weekday since the waiting area is almost empty and your pet won't be too scared.

  .I found Dr. Gautam through a cat rescuer when I had my first pet cat, who was only 3 months old at the time. She was suffering from a severe fungal infection, and as a first-time pet parent, it was an extremely difficult and emotional phase for me. Before meeting him, I had already visited several hospitals and clinics, but most of the experiences were heartbreaking. Many doctors were very negative and told me that her condition was not treatable, and some even suggested that I should stop trying. But I couldn’t give up on her. That’s when I got Dr. Gautam’s reference through a rescuer, and honestly, meeting him completely changed everything. From the very first consultation, he gave me hope and confidence. Unlike others, he didn’t make me feel helpless or scared. He was calm, positive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The way he handled the situation showed not only his experience but also his genuine compassion towards animals and pet parents. What stood out the most was his confidence and clarity. He immediately understood the condition, explained everything properly, and started the exact treatment my kitten needed. There were no unnecessary fears or exaggerated statements — just the right guidance, positivity, and treatment. Within 2 weeks my baby recovered completely. To me, Dr. Gautam was truly magical during one of the hardest moments of my life as a pet parent. He didn’t just treat my cat; he gave me hope when every other place had made me feel defeated. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines skill, honesty, positivity, and genuine care the way he does. I will always be grateful to him for saving my kitten and for the kindness and reassurance he gave me throughout the process. Without a doubt, one of the best veterinarians I have ever come across. Highly, highly recommended.

  Our association with Dr Gautam and the clinic is since 2016 - 2025. He has treated both my furry babies Bonkers and Pixie for various ailments and regular check ups. My first dog Bonkers was diagnosed with Cancer in 2023 - I remember that Dr Gautam looking at the advanced stage he was in - advised us to just let him live out his days without subjecting him for any further surgeries and chemo .... ( as a pet parent I dediced to still go ahead with the surgeries and chemo in ANOTHER CLINIC with another DOCTOR as they gave us HOPE on a dying pet) . I saw how the chemo first killed the spirit of my happy boy and then slowly pass away. His last day he suffered so much. This feedback is related to our recent interactions with Dr Gautam and Team for care of my second dog - Pixie. What I appreciated most was how calm and caring he was with my spoilt princess. Not getting into the medical details of her treatment ( that was at par) - He was honest about her conditions at all point in time. No false hope were given or subject her to unnessary tests. She was made comfortable to her final rest. She was 11years 4 months old at that time.

  I have had a wonderful experience with my pet's vet Dr Gautham and truly appreciate the care and attention he provides. He is always positive, reassuring, and attentive during consultations, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I also appreciate how patiently he answers all my questions and takes the time to explain things clearly, that helps me feel more confident about my pet’s care.I would highly recommend him to any pet owner looking for a veterinarian who is both knowledgeable and truly caring toward the animals he treats.
