I am writing this review after a year. Sorry for that. I brought my cat Yota for treatment of frequent urination with blood. The x ray shown two stones in her bladder and hence needed to surgery to remove them. Dr Lalit operated her after few blood tests. Dr Lalit and Dr Aishwarya operated my cat for stone removal and spaying together without any complications. While operating on her they found few peanut shaped balls under her skin which couple of them they removed. They asked to send the sample to lab for testing cancerous cells. I agreed. And the results came positive for malignancy. Both of them explained that she will need surgery to remove mammary glands chain to stop spread of malignancy. In a months time of her stone removal surgery they both operated her for unilateral mammary chain removal . She had a very bad delirium after this surgery. But Dr Lalit came home to help us in that situation. He sedated her and ask to bring her immediately back to clinic. It was 8pm by night but he left his opd patients and came for Yota. Once in the clinic he stayed with me and my cat till 10.30 when she seemed okay. I brought her back. And she recovered after that safely. It’s been a year now. I know that it may recur. I am not ready for bilateral mastectomy. He suggested it very first thing. I sincerely appreciate their efforts here. Thank you Dr Lalit and thank you Dr Aishwarya.

If you love driving to a clinic that claims to be open on Google, only to find a locked door, this is the spot for you! πŸ˜ƒ Apparently, they actually open at 11 AM because updating a Google listing is just too much work. The vet possesses the magical psychic ability to diagnose a bleeding, pus-filled wound over the phone, confidently declaring it 'not major' and telling me to go elsewhere. Truly stellar customer service and a terrifying lack of empathy. Take your beloved pets literally anywhere else. Avoid this place if your pet has an actual emergency. Thank you for showing me exactly how little you care before I ever handed you my money. Zero stars. πŸ‘πŸ½ πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚ EDIT: Did you actually proofread this passive-aggressive essay before hitting post? Let's address your defensive, gaslighting bullet points, because future readers have the intellect to see right through you. Looking at your page, some of these positive reviews seem way too good to be true. I truly hope they are from genuine customers and not just your family and friends. If they are real customers, please tell me your secret: how on earth did they manage to train their cats to get hurt strictly according to your unwritten clinic timings? Google requires reviewers to click a payment option to submit a review, but anyone with basic common sense can read my text and see your doors were shut. I didn't get any service, so obviously, no payment was made. Your listing claimed you are a "24/7 clinic." I called thrice because my cat was panicking, feverish, and bleeding. I initially called just to get an e-collar to manage the situation before taking her to our regular vet, Dr. Kartik. When you didn't answer, I rushed down because your page said "OPEN." Do you think I'm stupid enough to willingly wait outside a closed clinic at 9 AM after a grueling night shift if I knew no one was there? I LOVE MY CAT, which is why I was desperate to ease her pain. I unfortunately do not possess psychic abilities to predict exactly when my cat will get hurt, otherwise, I would have booked an appointment. I will be sure to lecture my cat to be more cautious, read your unwritten clinic rules, and schedule her emergencies around your senior clinicians' sleep schedules. WE HUMANS CAN SPEAK; ANIMALS CANNOT. For me, a bleeding pet is a genuine emergency. You don't get to decide that on my behalf over a missed phone call. You aren't a charity; I was fully prepared to pay for treatment. Who is the insensitive person on your end deciding what counts as a crisis? You bragging about your "highly experienced veterinarians" is like me telling you I'm a world-class chefβ€”FYI, I don't cook. I never got to experience their skills because your doors were locked. If you had simply updated your Google listing to reflect your actual timingsβ€”like Dr. Kartik's clinic clearly doesβ€”we wouldn't be having this debate. Dr. Kartik's listing is accurate, and even if he isn't there, he employs empathetic, trained staff who can handle immediate first aid for a helpless animal. You, on the other hand, harshly told a panicked pet owner to "wait until 10 AM and go somewhere else." Kindly just accept your mistake for misleading people with a 24/7 tag instead of acting smart in the comments. I am incredibly glad you denied me service that day, because I now know exactly where never to go in an emergency. Future readers can clearly feel the immense "empathy," "compassion," and "high-quality kindness" dripping from your hostile response. I guess I just don't deserve your "five-star" attitude, so I’ll proudly stick to Dr. Kartik. πŸ˜ƒπŸ™πŸ½ Lastly, I genuinely hope whoever wrote that response is in good health, because the vibes are incredibly off. Did a doctor ever talk to you with this much cruelty when you were suffering? I will pray that you get better. πŸ₯Ί Please take care!πŸ™‚

I also got my female cat spayed recently at Revive Pet Clinic, and I’m extremely happy with the entire experience. The surgery went smoothly, and she recovered very well without any complications. The doctor was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Thank you so much to the doctor and the entire team for taking such great care of my baby. I truly appreciate your dedication and professionalism. I would 100% recommend Revive Pet Clinic to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pet care. πŸΎπŸ’™

Doctors are very professional and caring. Our cat chikku was suffering with FPV. We were not aware of deadly virus and not knowing what to do. We landed Revive Vet and met amazing dotors. Dr. Aishwarya and Dr. Lalit did a proper diagnosis and explained the treatment plan in detail. Our emergency case was handled very well. I would trust them with my pet any day! A big thank you to all of you for saving our Chikku's life.
