Highly grateful to the entire team and specially Dr. Anirudh for the exceptional care and service provided to my pet dog snoopy. The doctors and staff were not only knowledgeable and professional but also compassionate and patient in guiding us through every step of the treatment. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our concerns, and ensured that our furry family member received the best possible care. Their dedication, kindness, and genuine love for animals made a stressful situation much easier for us. Thank you for being such a trustworthy partner in our pet's health and well-being. Highly recommended!

Our experience in RMV Veterinary Hospital was extremely disappointing and heartbreaking. Our pet developed severe breathing difficulty, and after receiving first aid at a nearby clinic, we immediately rushed her to RMV Veterinary Hospital, hoping she would receive timely and compassionate care. Around 6:00 AM, Dr. Santhosh attended to our pet. Instead of properly examining her condition, he was mainly referring to the reports as if he was simply waiting for his shift to end instead of giving our pet the urgent attention she needed, while her condition continued to deteriorate. Later, she was admitted and placed in an oxygen chamber for breathing support. During this time, we noticed that the oxygen chamber repeatedly turned ON and OFF, and for nearly 10 minutes there was no attendant available to monitor or rectify the issue. They were bhsy cleaning the hospital rooms. This was extremely distressing for us as pet parents. Throughout the time we interacted with him, Dr. Santhosh repeatedly told us that our dog had "not even a 1% chance of survival." While we understand the need to be honest about a patient's condition, the way it was communicated lacked empathy and compassion. Instead of explaining the treatment plan or reassuring us that every possible effort was being made, we were repeatedly met with discouraging statements. At one point, he inserted a tube into our dog's mouth, after which mucus started coming out. Shortly afterwards, we were again told that she was suffering and were advised to opt for euthanasia because there was virtually no chance of survival. Tragically, our beloved pet passed away. Our pet walked into the hospital with breathing difficulty, trusting she would receive the care she needed. Instead, she came back to us lifeless. We understand that not every pet can be saved, and we are not questioning the seriousness of her condition. Our disappointment is with the attitude, communication, and lack of empathy shown by Dr. Santhosh during one of the most painful moments of our lives. Pet parents deserve compassion, respectful communication, and the confidence that every concern is taken seriously. At the same time, we would like to sincerely thank Dr. Anirudh and Dr. Krishnaswamy, who came to the hospital on a weekend outside their scheduled shifts to check on our pet. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern meant a lot to us and showed us the level of care we had hoped for. We sincerely hope no pet parent has to go through the experience we had with Dr. Santhosh.
