  Unreliable! Response to owner: Even after speaking with us and the vets, and hearing about our pet's condition, you continue to demonstrate us as competitors. This lab provided a false report for our pet's tick fever panel. Our pet had no clinical symptoms, and the test was done as a precaution due to slightly low hemoglobin. The strain they detected, Leptospira, was impossible to believe. This strain spreads through rat urine, yet our pet hadn’t left the house for over a month before the test. This confirmed the lab had made another mistake. Due to the diagnosis, we had to start treatment for tick fever and halt our pet's neurological care. We repeated the test at another lab, and as expected, no tick fever strain was detected. This false diagnosis caused our pet’s neurological condition to worsen, leading to significant trauma for us. Attaching the reports here for people to judge. I am also blurring the names of other labs, but not clinics, so that the Owner cannot associate us with any lab.

  Avoid Rohana Veterinary Diagnostic Lab at All Costs I cannot stress this enough: do not trust Rohana Veterinary Diagnostic Lab with your pet’s health. Their negligence, incompetence, and outright recklessness could cost lives. First Experience: Our dog’s blood sample was sent to this lab for a Kidney Function Test (KFT). The results were shocking: a creatinine level of 6.7 and a BUN of 99, indicating severe kidney failure. This was devastating for us to hear, so we sought second opinions to confirm the diagnosis, knowing how critical the situation was. We retested at three different labs on the same day, and guess what? All three results were completely normal.This lab’s blatantly false report caused us immense stress, unnecessary worry, and could have led to harmful, unwarranted treatments. Second Experience: Despite our first experience, we unfortunately encountered Rohana again. A blood sample from Advitha Pet Hospital was sent to Rohana for a Tick Fever Panel (unbeknownst to us). Their report claimed Babesia gibsoni was "weakly detected" and Leptospira spp was detected with a CT value of 27.4 This was utterly baffling since our pet showed no symptoms whatsoever. Given Rohana’s history of inaccuracy, we were skeptical from the start, but the report threw us into panic. We were terrified for our dog and even more worried about our second 4-year-old pet, fearing potential exposure. We began treatment immediately but simultaneously reran the tests at another reputable lab. Once again, the results came back normal. Gross Incompetence: This is nothing short of medical malpractice. Rohana’s blatant inaccuracies could have led to harmful treatments, wasted resources, and irreversible damage to our pets. Imagine how many pets and pet parents have been misled or traumatized by their dangerously faulty reports. This isn’t just incompetence — it’s outright negligence. This lab does not deserve your trust, your money, or your pet’s health. If they cannot provide accurate, reliable results, they have no business being in the veterinary field. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Since that’s not possible, I’m forced to give them 1 star, but even that is far more than they deserve. Avoid Rohana Veterinary Diagnostic Lab at all costs. Share this review widely to protect other pets and pet parents from such gross irresponsibility. Response to Owner: The response from the owner (Mr. Abhilash) is laughable and confirms our belief that this is a fraudulent/scam lab. His rude and insensitive behavior, coupled with claims that our reviews are from competitors, is absurd—especially since he himself spoke to us for over half an hour, acknowledging potential gaps at their end. If we were competitors, how did he even get our number? Instead of addressing issues or our pet's well-being, he was focused on removing reviews, offering refunds in return. We declined, stating the reviews would stay unless our pet's condition improves. One test refund came via Advitha Hospital (likely due to this lab's wrong diagnosis), but his repeated calls and messages, including threats to meet and discuss, are unacceptable. Call logs are attached. (Before you deny the conversation, Mr. Abhilash, let us tell you that we have the recording of our call). As for the reviews' authenticity, they stem from four separate wrong reports (KFT, Culture Sensitivity, Cytology, and Tick Fever panel) from samples collected at different clinics. How can one lab make so many critical errors? This reeks of negligence, if not fraud, and warrants an official investigation. These false reports led to incorrect treatments, causing immense physical, mental, and financial distress to us and our pet. We are considering legal action to address this, as well as exposing these malpractices on social media forums. How many more pets have suffered due to this lab's random and criminally negligent practices?

  We had multiple completely unacceptable experiences with Rohanna lab within a week. Everytime, the diagnosis was far from truth, no clinical symptoms and when verified from other labs came out completely opposite. For once it can be understood that the sample might have been contaminated or wrongly handled at the source, but similarly the opposite result for a different test as well when collected at other hospitals. Either they are mishandling the samples or they are exchanging the reports of different pets or they are doing this blunder while entering the report. Whatever is repeated mistakes with Pet's life cannot be ignored. We can't think of how many pets life they might have affected due to their wrong diagnosis. We were lucky enough to get the samples retested from other sources. These blunders have caused extreme mental and physical stress and torture to our pet and mental, physical, and financial harrasment to us. We are thinking of taking legal action against this fraud lab very soon. Response to the owner: The fact that Mr. Owner is more concerned with removing reviews than fixing his lab’s failures speaks volumes about his lack of integrity. Instead of owning up to the multiple errors and damage caused by his reports, he’s focused on silencing us. Attaching culture sensitivity report from this lab for our pet's ear swab. Their report shows that there is no growth of any kind of bacteria. My pet has chronic ear infection from last 2 years and we have done multiple culture tests and each and every time there has been some kind of bacterial growth. When we got to know that even the culture test is done from this lab by the clinic (which was many days after the sample collection), we got the tests done from other lab and as expected there were multiple bacterial growths. Attaching the reports here for people to judge. Also blurring the name of other labs but not clinics so that Mr Owner cannot portray us as part of this lab.

  If you want to play with your pet's life, use this lab for any diagnosis. Please please please ask your hospital/clinic if they are sending the sample to this lab, if they are please deny them to do this and go ahead with some other lab. Otherwise you will be playing with your pet's life and also losing your mental, physical and financial peace. Response to the owner: Your inability to get even basic tests right shows just how little you care about the well-being of animals and their owners. This lab showed creatinine and BUN values of my pet as 6.7 and 95 respectively which indicated Kidney failure whereas my pet did not have any clinical symptoms. This was really shocking and disheartening for us but thankfully we got the tests repeated at three different labs within few hours on the same day. Each and every lab showed normal Kidney Values. That proves they are not reliable for a test as simple as KFT. We did not take any action on that day considering there can be any manual error and moved forward considering our pet was well. Attaching the reports here for people to judge. Also blurring the name of other labs but not clinics so that Mr Owner cannot portray us as part of any lab.
