Stop posting reviews on your own behalf. Who's this Parul? Does she even know who's Shrutika? I don't think she ever even met her. Clearly shows your own people posting fake reviews & responss.
In fact when asked to maintain hygiene, your staff said that if we make them work more the staff will leave and go. Even if the visiting hours are limited, how can your staff sleep at night while the kids are there, who's monitoring them? Also if the kid was roaming around why was he lying in water outside the washroom and it was stinking filthy? Why was the staff not careful? Please check that footage as well if you really want to.

The staff is really very caring and they take excellent care of injured ones. Being a rescuer, I often come across many such cases. My only request is to kindly reconsider the per charges, including treatment and boarding, as it is becoming very difficult to afford. Even though I don’t wish to, I sometimes have to send my injured dogs to other places which are more affordable. I sincerely request you to consider revising the charges. Thanks in Advance .

The most pathetic vet clinic I've ever seen. Unhygienic conditions where your pets are kept, ignorant staff. The animals are kept in a dirty way. The staff is busy bursting crackers, only one person to attend at night and that person also goes off to sleep. In 2 days, I never saw the doctor there, only the staff.
My dog was brought in a condition where he could have been better but the condition he was kept in made it woese for him and he developed infection.
If you care about your pets, never bring them here

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at royal veterinary clinic. The entire team, from the receptionists to the doctors and assistants, are always kind and helpfull. Doctor is knowledgeable and attentive, and you can tell that they genuinely love animals. I feel confident that my pets are in great hands every time we come here. Highly recommend
this clinic to anyone looking for excellent
veterinary care!

"Till now, this is the best clinic. The entire staff is very good and they treat pets very well. But some people, like Shrutika Saxena, behave rudely and then post false information in Google reviews. Shrutika Saxena has no manners while speaking and absolutely no understanding of anything."
