Took my male cat here for neutering and had a very good experience overall. Dr. Rahul Rao was extremely polite and professional. He explained the procedure in detail, including the pre-operative preparation and post-operative care, in a very clear and reassuring way. As a fellow healthcare professional, I really appreciated the clarity and transparency. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and follows good hygiene protocols. The staff is courteous and handled my cat very gently throughout. Overall, a smooth and well-managed surgical experience. Felt confident that my pet was in safe hands.

Dr. Rahul stepped in as God sent when a dog from the pack we feed was struggling with a tumor which was obstructing his pee and poop. Under his expertise and care, Tingu underwent two surgeries which successfully removed the tumor. Dr. was unwell during the surgeries but still did it without any delay and gave Tingu a new life. He always gave updates in person and explained how the treatment was done and what the next course of action is. I had multiple issues of getting proper treatment for tingu as I don't live in Bangalore anymore. But Tingu was taken under his wings and from CT to surgery and post surgical care - everything was done by Dr. Rahul and his staff with utmost care without me having to be physically present during the entire treatment.

Dr Rao and his team have provided great service and quality of work for many orthopaedic cases, from spinal decompression surgery to plating of multiple fractures and quick and high-quality diagnostics. Dr Rao takes time to explain everything clearly, talk you through the post-surgical care and the meds prescribed. We always felt heard and taken seriously, which is why we keep coming back for reliable help for dogs in need.
