I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this veterinary clinic. I have been taking my Beagle here and following the medications prescribed by the veterinarian for almost a year, but unfortunately, his condition has not improved and has actually become worse. My dog continues to suffer from recurring ear and paw problems, despite consistently giving him the medications prescribed by the vet. At this point, I am very concerned because after almost a year of treatment, there has been no lasting improvement. I understand that veterinary treatment can be expensive, and I don’t have an issue with the clinic charging what they feel is appropriate. My concern is the lack of results and the fact that my dog’s condition has continued to deteriorate despite following the treatment. I expected a proper diagnosis, effective treatment, and a long-term plan for managing the underlying problem. Instead, I feel that we have been treating the symptoms repeatedly without resolving the actual cause. I am sharing my experience so other pet parents can make an informed decision. Please make sure you understand the diagnosis, treatment plan, and expected outcome before committing to long-term treatment.
