This place is really nice for pets. They have a separate space for grooming. It was my first time with my dog and i really felt good watching my dog after the service.

I have been visiting Scoopy scrubs over so many years ever since I got my pet and he's 10 now. Sadly, the services have deteriorated a lot. In last 3 visits, one time my dog got fungal infection and needed to be rushed to vet after 2 days because of intense itching and patches all over his body. Second time, he got this swelling on his muzzle and his face was swollen for 5 days. Again had to take him to vet for antiallergic and painkiller course. Because I have had such a long relationship with this place I thought of giving one more chance after bringing up my concerns, and yet again the third time they gave massive cuts to my dog in anal area where he kept bleeding from for 5 days staining almost every couch and bed at our place. My dog is going blind and even though I sit there through the grooming session most of the times, but other times when it is not possible, I feel the groomers get rough in absence of the pet parent. Loyalty doesn't mean you take the long term clients for granted. Really disheartened with how things have changed here.

The best pet groomers in town, the actually look after your pets like their own. The staff is well trained and LISTEN to you which is a rarity. The place is well maintained and hygiene levels are good. I would highly recommend this place, go get your babies pampered here!!

My experience is not good, these people are charging so much money and still only getting bathing done for my dog. The staff beats the dog when owner is not present around also no proper nail cutting and teeth cleaning then I do not understand what are charges for
