❌❌❌ Extremely poor experience. The doctor and staff were not polite and didn’t seem interested in listening or helping. There was no warmth, no reassurance, and no proper explanation given. It honestly felt like customers and pets are treated as a burden here. Not the kind of place you’d want to trust with your pet. As a pet owner, this visit was upsetting. The lack of care and rude behavior was shocking. Pets need compassion, not cold treatment. I walked out feeling more stressed than reassured. Definitely not recommended. ❌❌❌
