  We had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this clinic. I took my cat there for grooming, expecting basic hygiene and care, but instead, my pet ended up with a fungal infection and suffering from 3-4 weeks that little baby can’t even tell us his pain but seeing him like this broke us everyday, we are trying our best to his speedy recovery. The infection happened because of unclean or infected grooming tools were used, which is completely unacceptable for any professional setup. What made things worse was their response afterward. When my brother left a review to raise concern and warn others, the clinic simply denied that we were even their customers instead of taking responsibility. This kind of behavior shows a lack of accountability and concern for animals' health. Pet owners trust clinics with their beloved animals, and such negligence can seriously harm them. I strongly urge others to be cautious before choosing this place. Hygiene, professionalism, and honesty should never be compromised when it comes to animal care.

  Never take your pet here for grooming. The grooming space is very dirty no hygiene is maintained. I have take my dog siberian husky for the grooming they asked me for double amount for the basic haircut for my pet. There are no proper towels for the pet, poor quality shampoo used. Very bad experience

  I have a dog named Noni. Last night, Noni and I were playing in the balcony when suddenly she fell down from the balcony. She had internal injuries and bleeding from her mouth. She was having trouble breathing and we were very worried. We took her to Sharma's Pet Care Hospital where they diagnosed her very well and treated her. I was very impressed with their treatment and my dog is doing fine now. I would like to thank them for their excellent service. I would also like to thank Dr. Manoj Sharma and his staff for their excellent facility. I would recommend this hospital to all dog owners.
