Hi, we visited your grooming service today and had a very disappointing experience. We waited for almost 2 hours, but there was no proper response or communication from the staff regarding how long it would take for our pet’s turn. We completely understand that there can be delays, but basic updates and transparency are expected, especially when customers are waiting with their pets for such a long time. I hope you can address this issue with your team so that future customers don’t face the same inconvenience. Sorry if you are hurt.Thank you.

Treatment is good. Especially Dr. Muniraju treated our dog very nicely and wisely. He is such a nice person. And also he is well experienced. Other doctors also are good in service. The whole pet shop is good as we get our desired for our pets. Good carry out the service like this only without changing your thoughts. All the best

I recently visited for my pet, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly compassionate and attentive to both my pet and me.
