The clinic is so clean, doctors so polite. They gave adequate time for my pet related queries and explained nicely about pet parenting. I could find a whole range of pet grooming products and nutritional supplements. there are no long waiting lines. Doctors are very experienced. My personal favourite clinic
Recently we shifted to this area...we were worried regarding our pet oreo, as he had sudden developed allergic reaction and itching soo badly that he himself made wound in all paws and legs,biting until it started bleeding went to shwana pet clinic as per collegue suggestion. Very happy with the doctor and the staff was patience,polite untill condition resolved.He was soo irritated and we stayed all night to soothe him.Importantly doctor attended calls even at odd time and guided us when we were panic.Thank you shwana team as oreo is in good health all because of you.
Had a great experience at the clinic. The doctor took very good care of our dog and was very professional and caring throughout the visit. A special thanks to Vandhana for her warm hospitality, helpful guidance in selecting the right food, and recommending great toys for our fur baby. Highly recommended!
Editing to add a response to your reply: Shwana team, pls do not resort to make-believe scenarios. There was NO test that you suggested which you claim I refused to go for. And you saying you spent 40 mins with my dog is laughable (and untrue, I don't even expect that, why would you lie?). I was beyond cooperative and willing to engage with the doctors, and literally bought every single thing you prescribed without question. Your overly defensive and rude response is a red flag and no pet owner should take the risk of going to a medical establishment that refuses to take responsibility and accountability. Disappointing! My dog was being seen by a young doctor who refused to even engage with my pet, she stood more than a foot away from the table (a good vet will always try to pet the dog and get friendly with them to make them comfortable, but she was quite disengaged and cold), instead of examining the dog herself she was just looking at me to tell her the problem. I had to ask her to pls do a physical examination since I brought my dog for hair-loss/skin related issue. She had not many follow up questions but was only relying on me to give her any information. Thats not helpful at all. I also requested the senior doctor to weigh in, but she was too busy, and gave a lot of medical jargon without telling me what I was supposed to do about it (and spoke in a weirdly shouty tone, I understand that doctors get tired, but it was adding to the stressful experience). Finally, I was recommended a bunch of medicines, ended up spending over 3k, and I didn't even get a written note or prescription. So I had to ask the doctor again to please write me a note describing her observations and the medicines she has prescribed for it. It was honestly bizarre and sad.
