My experience with this clinic was devastating and deeply disappointing. I took my 3-month-old kitten to this clinic for vaccination. As a first-time pet owner, I relied entirely on the veterinarian’s guidance regarding the vaccination schedule. However, I was never informed that the core Tricat vaccine should typically be administered before the rabies vaccine in a young kitten. Instead, my kitten was given the rabies vaccine without proper guidance on the essential vaccination protocol. A short time later, my kitten contracted Feline Panleukopenia Virus (FPV), a highly serious and often fatal disease. During this critical period, I desperately tried reaching the veterinarian for advice and support. At approximately 10:50 PM, I called multiple times, but my calls went unanswered. I also sent a WhatsApp message, which was seen by the veterinarian, yet no response was provided. As a pet owner facing a medical emergency, being ignored at such a crucial moment was heartbreaking. Despite my efforts to seek help, my kitten’s condition deteriorated, and ultimately, my kitten passed away. The loss of a beloved pet is painful enough, but the lack of proper vaccination guidance and the absence of support during an emergency made the experience even more distressing. I hope no other pet owner has to go through a similar situation.
