We got our cat Chikki spayed at SJ's pet clinic on 15 July, and honestly the entire experience has been so smooth and reassuring for us. Dr Shally is one of the best Vets in Delhi NCR. She explained everything about the procedure before Chikki was taken in for the surgery and after speaking to her we felt confident that our cat was in the best hands. We were so anxious and stressed earlier about the whole process and about the post operative care. Thankfully the recovery journey has been so smooth for us andChikki too. They provide a proper medical dressing to prevent the cat from licking her wounds, which greatly helps in quick recovery. We have now removed the dressing and her incision has almost completely healed. And the incision itself is very small almost 1 cm long or maybe even smaller, this definitely contributed in her quick recovery. The entire team, including the staff and other vets, is very polite, kind and helpful. We stayed at the clinic from 10am till 7pm and had the opportunity to observed how everyone at the clinic is so caring and compassionate everyone was, not just towards the pets but also towards the stray animals. And what touched us the most was that Dr Shally personally texted us to inquire about Chikki's condition. That shows how dedicated and caring she is about her patients. We are genuinely grateful to Dr Shally and her team for the excellent care Chikki received, and highly recommend SJ's Pet Clinic (especially Dr Shally) for spaying neutering and other pet services too.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shelly and the entire team at SJS Pet Care. We trust them completely with our 5 pet cats, and every single visit reinforces why we wouldn't go anywhere else. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff is incredibly compassionate, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They understand that cats can be sensitive patients, and they always handle our fur babies with the utmost gentleness and patience. Dr. Shelly heads the clinic with remarkable expertise, kindness, and professionalism, along with Dr Rishabh and Dr Diksha. They take the time to listen to our concerns, explains everything clearly, and provides top-tier medical attention. This clinic consistently delivers phenomenal, heartwarming service. We have had a completely positive, stress-free experience every single time. If you are looking for a veterinary team that treats your pets like their own family, we highly recommend Dr. Shelly and SJS Pet Care!

An absolute MUST for cat parents! Dr Shally, the owner of the clinic, is a feline specialist (unlike most other vets I’ve been to). Most other vets in Gurgaon are comfortable with cats but simply have WAY more experience with treating dogs. Dr Shally, on the other hand, can treat both with a lot of expertise and experience. Especially cats! :) The clinic staff are really friendly (and so gentle with my cat), the other vets available on-board at the clinic are great and reputable too, and Dr Shally herself is the absolute best! She’s SO kind, approachable, and detail-oriented. I take my cat there for all her vaccinations, allergies, health emergencies, and her spaying (neutering) surgery. Dr Shally cares DEEPLY about the animals she treats. And she’s highly invested and available. The wait time at the clinic can be a lot at times, especially during the usual rush hour - but otherwise, love everything! Super grateful to Dr Shally! 🙏🏻 Your pets are safe with her.

I have been going to SJS pet clinic for over 5 years now and I cannot express words and gratitude for Dr. Shally and her team. I adopted an Indie kitten who was unwell and in a very bad condition and I took her to Dr. Shally and the way she has looked after my Cat Laila, words can’t even express. 5 years on I have a healthy, happy Cat who is thriving and the attention to detail at the clinic speaks volumes! Dr. Shally has done so much more than basic care. We look at blood work, skin conditions, behavioural habits and we work meticulously on her diet and upkeep based on blood work with such attention to detail. This clinic is highly recommended and the team as well in addition to the Vets on board are fantastic as well. A huge shout out to Gopi and the excellence he delivers in care alongside the medical team. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with a furry friend. Excellent work and always grateful!

Dr. Shally at SJS Pet Clinic is truly exceptional. My cat, Daisy, was admitted here, and the level of care she received was beyond anything I could have hoped for. Dr. Shally not only treated her with incredible skill but also showed genuine kindness, patience, and compassion every step of the way. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we were comfortable and informed. Daisy’s levels were dangerously high but the entire team worked together to get her back to health. The entire team at SJS Pet Clinic deserves praise. the helpers, the staff, everyone works together like a well-coordinated family. You can tell they all have a real passion for animals and a commitment to doing their absolute best. The atmosphere is warm, the facilities are well-equipped, and you feel your pet is in safe hands from the moment you walk in. I’m deeply grateful for everything they’ve done for Daisy. If you want a clinic where both medical expertise and heartfelt care go hand-in-hand, I can’t recommend Dr. Shally and the team at SJS Pet Clinic enough.
