Dr. Shrvan and his entire team is a blessing to pet parents. They're very honest and thorough with their work. They do not overcharge or try to push unnecessary medications or accessories. Dr. Shrvan diagnosed the ailments in my GSD correctly and gave meds that's helped my fur baby heal fast and now we're all relieved . Thanks to the entire team!!
I lost my beloved dog due to this doctor’s negligence…after spaying operation, we asked him multiple times that she is breathing heavily, and the body is getting cold but he said its not a problem, later during that night she passed away due to cardiac arrest and this so called vet with his uneducated staff was just standing there without taking any responsibility. Before you go for any surgery I just want every pet parent to just ask about his staff’s qualification who are there with him in OT. We even called the police but he pretended as if his life is in danger coz we were angry and he eventually got away, the trauma of losing our pet was such that we dint get into teaching him a lesson for getting his license cancelled for such negligence, coz the damage was already done. I am just keeping the review so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Please do your background check and avail the best facility possible.
This is one of the best clinics i have been to for my babydoo. They are professional, polite and gentle with every doggo. They literally communicate with your pet. Its not a profit making clinic at all. This clinic was suggested by my friend who runs a NGO for doggos. I love them for many reasons, they saved my baby’s life ❤️
Dr. Shravan is truly a blessing for pet parents! His calm and compassionate nature instantly puts both you and your pet at ease. What I value most is the time he takes to understand the concern, he never rushes, explains everything in detail, and makes sure you leave feeling confident and reassured. His depth of knowledge and genuine love for animals really shine through in the way he treats every case with care and attention. It’s rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with such heart. We’re so grateful to have him care for our furry family member!
Doctor is very good but the staff has no behaviour sense. Better to look for other professional pet clinics in Noida
