My ChiChi died here after paying 4200/-. Doctor knew my kitten wouldn’t live. They still did Xray, put on ventilator. I’m posting this after 9 months when I just called for surgery cost for other 2 indie cats sibling of ChiChi, but receptionist didn’t tell the surgery cost even after asking for generic quote. She was forcing me to come visit and then after consultation they will give quote. So this is 2nd time I’m experiencing this behaviour. I would genuinely say please don’t take your loved ones here. They loot money.

I am writing this with a very heavy heart. I lost my pet turtle due to the sheer negligence and lack of medical support from Small Animal Clinic, Rahatni. Despite knowing my turtle was in a critical state Pneumonia, the staff and doctor provided NO immediate injections or emergency stabilization. They are only interested in charging high fees for consultations and X-rays but failed to provide the basic life-saving medicines required in a crisis. Their non-supportive and pathetic attitude has cost me my pet's life. If you love your pets and want professional, timely, and empathetic treatment, DO NOT bring them here. They are not equipped or willing to handle critical cases. Avoid this place to save your pet’s life."

"I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Narendra Pardeshi and the entire team at Small Animal Clinic, Pune for saving my parrot, Miko. Miko required complex crop surgery, and as a bird owner, I knew how high the risks could be. Dr. Pardeshi’s 20+ years of surgical expertise was evident from our first consultation. He is one of the few specialists in Pune with the advanced equipment and skill required to handle avian patients safely. The surgery was successful, and the post-operative care instructions were clear and thorough. If you are looking for a highly skilled avian surgeon who treats exotic pets with genuine care, I highly recommend this clinic."
