I took my pet budgie to the doctor and they gave a a basic medicine , did not check the weight and did not check the bird . I just told what the disease is and they just gave the medicine without verifying .
There is no specialized doctor for birds.
My bird became very weak and I
messaged them telling it is an emergency and asked them for the medicine.But they just told the doctor is on leave and didn't tell me the medicine name and replied two hrs later.
But my budgie had passed away by then .
I should have read the review before going there.

This is one of the best pet clinic I came across in last one year. I'm having a lab(Snoofy), for past 4 months I'm going there for regular checkup. Dr. Vishaka is very friendly with pets and know how exactly pet needs to be treated. Everyone (owner, staffs) in the shop are very friendly. Recently I visited there for neutering my dog. They explained everything what to do before and after the surgery. After surgery also the doctor is taking regular update about his health. The owner as well as Dr. Vishakha treated him like their own pet. I would recommend everyone who owns a pet must visit there for best facility. Variety of food and toys options available at store with reasonable price and great discount.

The clinic has become very commercialised and the doctor advised certain services to increase business which actually was not required, causing the pet to suffer. Further grooming is at it worst cutting skin of pet here and there and causing further issues for the pet. My pet has been struggling for the last few days due to their callousness. Pet parents be advised to take caution before taking their services for their pets.
There is no drama here this is the second time Sahas is aware of this and also a photo of the injury shown to him. We came for simple vaccination and hygiene grooming and they injured my dog. You may please see the reviews of your clinic and you will understand of there is a drama or not. Don't injure animals like this.

I am genuinely grateful for the outstanding care my pet and I received at this clinic. The doctor’s expertise and passion for animal health truly set them apart. They took time to listen to all my concerns, explained every step of the treatment process, and treated my pet with compassion and skill. I felt reassured by their professionalism and their genuine love for animals. My pet’s recovery was quick, and I credit the doctor’s dedication and knowledge for that. "The doctors and clinic personnel are very welcoming and competent. Since we started taking Blue, our kitten, there more than two months ago, everything has gone quite well. Recently, Blue had an accident, and they took fantastic care of him. They follow up and display a sincere concern for the animals they observe. This is highly recommended!''
