I recently visited SRIRAM Pet Shop and Grooming Spa for my cat’s grooming. They claimed to be professionals in pet grooming, which is why I opted for their full grooming package. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During the grooming session, they cut off my cat’s whiskers on one side while leaving the other side untouched. The nail trimming was also incomplete, as one paw was left without having its nails clipped. Additionally, the ear cleaning appeared to be unfinished and was left as it was. Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality of service provided. It felt like the focus was more on charging customers than delivering proper care and professional grooming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to pet owners looking for quality grooming services.

I had a great experience at Srirampet Grooming & Spa. The receptionist was very friendly, polite, and explained everything clearly, including the pet food options. The pricing was reasonable, and I also received a good discount, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent, and I am very satisfied with my experience.

I read their reviews and decided to get my cats neutered by them, but I lost one of my precious baby because of their negligence. If you love ur pets keep them away from this place. Had my cat gone through a simple blood test before the procedure my baby would be living with me today. But I don’t know what kind of vets they are they took chance with a life even after knowing that the platelet count was very low Jst bcoz he was looking normal and was active. I also don’t know what kind of anaesthesia they gave my cats did not move for almost 24 hours. After they woke up one of my cat started pooping blood clots and after 4 days of immense suffering it left me forever. I don’t know what they did to it it suffered multiple organ failure, my healthy and active baby went to grave because of these devils. I am going to take legal action against them. And later through others also I got to know that they r very negligent in handling pets . The reviews that r put previously are sure from their circle only bcoz it cost me a life to understand how bad they are in their job.
