I visited here over weekend for my pet, doctor just gave temporary medication to fix it n asked to come after 3-4 days. My pets condition detiorated n when I called nobody bothered to answer. After continuous calls call was picked n told that m impatient. Seriously! When my bird is struggling to survive i have to be patient. Better find some other Avian doctor rather trusting this so called clinic.
I had a very good experience at Star Vet Veterinary Clinic, Vaishali Nagar. I brought in a non-parenting squirrel, and the doctors here treated it with great care and dedication. Their professional approach, compassion towards animals, and effective treatment made a big difference. It’s rare to see such genuine effort for the well-being of animals, and this clinic is truly doing wonderful work in helping and healing them. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best veterinary care in Jaipur
Neither the staff at Star Vet Pet & Bird Hospital (Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur) nor the resident doctor—Dr. Rituja Srivastava—are competent. The staff fails to perform their duties properly, and their behavior is also extremely poor. Furthermore, their fees are exorbitant, and the treatment provided is inadequate. Dr. Rituja Srivastava herself does not perform her job effectively either; she appears indifferent to the patients' pain, and her demeanor toward pet owners is far from pleasant. In short, nothing about this hospital is satisfactory. This hospital is of an extremely substandard quality and should be shut down.
Vets who take the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan, and answer questions without haste, are highly appreciated. Similarly, Dr. Rituja Shrivastava Ma'am is a very nice and brilliant doctor. She takes excellent care of patients, and her staff is also excellent and works with utmost care.
Not good, this is my personal experience, she has too much attitude, she doesn't like to listen, it is very costly, 500 fees and no medicine, did not even touch the bird, took 500 more for one drop. Not good, this is my personal experience, she has too much attitude, she doesn't like to listen, it is very costly, 500 fees and no medicine, did not even touch the bird, took 500 more for one drop.
