⚠️ WARNING TO ALL PET OWNERS — DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG OR CAT TO THIS CLINIC ⚠️ Our German Shepherd died after being treated here, and I would never forgive myself if I stayed silent and another family went through what we experienced. Instead of diagnosing and treating our dog with urgency, this clinic wasted critical time with unnecessary tests, delayed medication, misleading explanations, and complete lack of accountability. While our dog was suffering, they seemed more focused on procedures and money than actually helping him survive. The most horrifying part is that when another doctor later suggested medication that could have helped, this clinic refused to provide it. By the time treatment was finally given, it was already too late. Within a day, our dog died. Pets cannot speak. They cannot explain their pain. Families trust veterinarians to act quickly, ethically, and competently. In our experience, this clinic completely failed that responsibility. What happened to our dog did not feel like compassionate veterinary care. It felt like negligence, delay, and exploitation of worried pet owners who were desperately trying to save a family member. My parents trusted these people. They took advantage of that trust. And our dog paid the price with his life. If your pet is seriously ill, PLEASE get a second opinion immediately and do not rely on this clinic alone. I genuinely believe staying here cost our dog his chance to survive. No family should have to watch their pet suffer while being misled by the very people who are supposed to help. We lost a member of our family because of this clinic. I hope this review saves someone else’s dog before it is too late.

“We had four dogs who were very sick, and we were really worried. The team at Sunrise Pet Clinic took very good care of them. The doctors and staff were very kind, patient, and supportive. They treated our dogs properly and explained everything clearly. Now our dogs are doing much better. We are very thankful for their care and dedication. Highly recommended for pet parents.”

My pet had been suffering from continuous vomiting and diarrhea for two days straight. I couldn't figure out at all what was wrong with Zoye. I brought Zoye to the Sunrise Pet Clinic, where we discovered that she had contracted the Canine Parvovirus. Her treatment, involving IV drips, continued for six days; now she is completely fine, healthy, and active! Thank you, Sunrise Pet Clinic and team, for saving my baby. Highly recommended!

The doctor and staff are very polite. They took care of our dog very patiently and answered all our questions. It made us feel at ease that our baby was being treated with utmost care.
