From explaining the diagnosis and possible causes, to guiding us through every test, every step was handled with so much patience, clarity, and compassion. What truly stood out was how reassuring the entire team was — always available to answer questions, clear doubts, and take that extra effort to make both us and Goldie feel comfortable. The journey — from diagnosis, to surgery, to post-operative care and stitch removal — was smoother than we could have ever hoped for. Every decision they made felt right, thoughtful, and in Goldie’s best interest. A special note of gratitude to Dr. Pratyush, Dr. Vasudha, and Dr. Gauri — you are truly angels in disguise.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely grateful to SUPERPETS - A Veterinary Multi-Speciality for the outstanding care they provided during a late-night emergency. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was compassionate, professional, and incredibly supportive. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Devarshi and Dr. Akansha for their prompt diagnosis, expert treatment, and the genuine care they showed towards our pet. Their calm approach and dedication gave us confidence during a very stressful time. Special thanks to Mr. Mahendra at the reception for his kindness, quick assistance, and smooth coordination, especially during the late-night emergency. His helpful attitude made the entire process much easier. The hospital is well-equipped, the staff is caring, and the service is truly exceptional.   A very professional and qualified set of Doctors who streamline diagnosis and start the correct treatment extremely fast without wasting any time. Thankful to Dr. Omkar for his professionalism and patience with all my questions. He started the diagnosis & treatment for my 48 day old Lab puppy when we rushed him in at 12am. Follow-ups were extremely smooth thanks to Dr. Shefali as she was extremely kind and generous with my pet. She knew exactly what needed to be done and the internal communication between the doctors are spot on and on the same page. I really loved the fact that each doctor is on the same page even the one who is not treating my puppy, Dr. Nishant. The set of Doctors help and consult each other well to discuss exactly which treatment will be right for the pet. I used to believe SuperPets is an expensive clinic which will keep doing tests to increase bill but when I visited the clinic I realised, I was so wrong. Everything right from follow-ups, to chat support, to the doctors actually calling/messaging you to check how your pet is doing post the treatment are all just professional and seamless. I would recommend SuperPets 10/10 after my experience.

  🐾 For us, Superpets is so much more than a veterinary hospital—it’s Pleo’s second home. ❤️ As the parent of a senior dog with hip dysplasia, mitral valve disease, and blood pressure issues, I know how important it is to have a team that not only treats the medical condition but also understands the emotional needs of a pet. 🐶💙 Pleo needs a lot of reassurance before any procedure, and Dr. Vinay has been nothing short of exceptional. He is incredibly patient, gentle, loving, and compassionate. 🤍 Whether it’s a 2D Echo, ECG, blood pressure check, sonography, or any other procedure, he and his team always make sure Pleo feels safe and comfortable before they begin. 🩺✨ When Pleo started experiencing severe pain, we knew physiotherapy was essential, but I was honestly terrified. I kept wondering whether he would be comfortable, whether the pain would make him snap, or whether the sessions would become stressful for him. Those fears disappeared from the very first few sessions because of Dr. Nikita and Dr. Shivani. 🌸❤️ Their patience, empathy, and understanding of senior dogs are truly remarkable. They never rush Pleo, always let him settle at his own pace, constantly reassure him, and celebrate even the smallest improvements with us. 🥹🐾 They have built such a beautiful bond with him that physiotherapy has gone from something I dreaded to something we genuinely look forward to. Watching Pleo trust them despite being in pain speaks volumes about the love and care they show him. Thanks to their dedication, he is making steady progress, and as pet parents, that gives us so much hope. We can never thank them enough for treating him not just as a patient, but as family. ❤️✨ A special thank you to Priyanka, who has always been so supportive, understanding, and accommodating with all of Pleo’s appointments. 🌷 Managing multiple specialists and follow-ups for a senior dog can be overwhelming, but she always makes the process smooth. One of the things I love most about Superpets is the atmosphere. ✨ Every single person greets Pleo with so much warmth and affection.
