Very good place for your dogs regular checkups and grooming. Dr Sadiq and althaf, we're very friendly with snoofy. They made sure that she is not having any stress because of vet. sarath and balaji, Johan did very good job on the grooming. I am very happy with the service. The staff is very friendly and polite. Place is also neat and clean.
If you're looking for a good place to groom your pet then this is the best place among all in my opinion, I loved the overall experience. They Took care of my pet theo so good and have done a phenomenal work.
I took my golden retriever Luna here for grooming, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Luna is usually quite anxious and doesn’t easily allow strangers to touch her, which always makes grooming stressful for us. But John, the groomer, handled her so calmly and confidently that she became comfortable with him in no time. That itself was a huge relief for us. The entire grooming process was done very cleanly, patiently, and professionally—exactly as promised within 2 hours. We had zero tension about her behavior throughout the session. The staff were extremely friendly and treated Luna like a baby, which truly shows their love and care for animals. The grooming area and clinic are very well maintained, hygienic, and neatly managed—no mess at all. On top of that, we also got some great offers, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the hospitality, professionalism, cleanliness, and genuine care made this experience perfect. We were truly happy that we chose the best place for Luna. Highly recommended! 🐶✨
Excellent grooming & consultation experience at Supertails! I took my Golden Retriever, Tobby, to Supertails for grooming, and the entire experience was amazing. The service was top-notch, and we even received a free consultation, which was extremely helpful. The doctor was very attentive, patient, and explained everything clearly. A special shoutout to Balaji, who assisted us throughout—he was super friendly, professional, and made us feel very comfortable. The grooming done by Dinesh was excellent; trimming, washing, and overall grooming were done perfectly. Tobby looks great and smells so fresh! 🐶✨ All the staff were incredibly kind, gentle, and very customer-friendly. Most importantly, Tobby was happy and relaxed the entire time—and that says everything. I’m truly happy with the whole experience and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! 💙🐾
