The Clinic was spic and span. We had a great experience with the Admin team who helped us through the service options and payment process. Dr.Shubham also guided us well with the anti-anxiety and caming medicines which supported our anxious cat throughout the grooming process. Special thanks to the groomers Amos who patiently groomed and cleaned our cat perfectly. Supertails is amazing for all pet needs as well as their clinic services I'll surely recommend this place to all pet owners.

We had a wonderful experience with Buddy’s care. Buddy is a bit overweight, and initially we were worried people might judge him or not handle him patiently. But the team surprised us with the amount of love, patience, and utmost care they showed throughout. They treated Buddy so gently and made him feel comfortable and happy. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care for pets without any judgment. Thank you for taking such great care of our Buddy — we truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy pet service...

I had an excellent experience with the clinic during my kitten’s spaying procedure. The level of care was incredibly intricate and attentive, they handled her with so much gentleness and precision at every step. They took the time to ensure she was comfortable, monitored her closely, and kept me reassured throughout the process. My kitten was treated with so much love and care, which made a stressful situation much easier for me as a pet parent. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate veterinary care.

We are first time pet parents (Coco is our 3 month old puppy). First time visiting SuperTails as well. Service: Sanitary trimming, nail clipping, dry grooming & face hair trimming ariumd the eyes. Mr.Dhiraj showed us around the premises, briefed on the facilities they have, showed us their grooming areas, explained why/how Supertails has chosen their brand colors. The vet(forgot his name) was also thorough in his assessment and handled Coco with such ease. Bannerjit & Sooror did a great job with grooming. As first time pet parent, we were well informed by the team so we remain calm and we were happy with the service overall. While the location is great, the only concern we saw was with car parking. There is only space for 1 car and thankfully we had the spot available, but would be good to look into this part in the future. :)
