I am very disappointed with the grooming service. After bringing my dog, Shadow, home, I noticed several red irritated patches on his skin where his fur had been trimmed. I did not see these before the grooming, and they were only visible after I parted his fur. This has caused my dog discomfort, and I am very concerned about the quality and care taken during the grooming process. I have attached a photo of one of the irritated areas. I expected my pet to be handled safely and gently. Unfortunately, this experience has been upsetting, and I cannot recommend this grooming service.

I had a wonderful experience at SuperTails Vet. Right from the reception, the staff were warm, helpful, and welcoming. When I called, all the appointment slots were already booked, but after I explained it was an emergency, they immediately accommodated my pet without me even having to request it. The clinic was very neat and clean, creating a comfortable environment for both pets and owners. The doctor examined my pet thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and did not recommend any unnecessary tests or treatments. I really appreciated the honest and practical approach. They also offered a good discount on the consultation, which was a pleasant surprise. I purchased a small pet belt and a bowl from their store as well, and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, and care. I highly recommend SuperTails Vet to anyone looking for trustworthy veterinary care.

Took my cat to Supertails Indiranagar for grooming (bath, trimming, drying, and the full spa treatment), and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The team was incredibly patient, gentle, and clearly knew how to handle cats. My cat, who usually isn’t this calm even with me, was surprisingly relaxed throughout the session. They paid attention to every little detail, and the grooming was done beautifully. You can tell they genuinely care about the pets they work with. If you’re looking for a place that treats your furry friend with love and professionalism, I highly recommend Supertails Indiranagar. Will definitely be coming back!
