One of the best pet clinics and grooming centres I’ve visited. Both the groomer and the veterinarian were patient, understanding, and professional. They listened to our concerns, gave helpful advice throughout the visit What stood out most was their honesty. Unlike many other clinics, they didn’t advertise products or given a list of stuff to buy and we truly appreciated their honesty and genuine care.
Awesome ambience with great service. Special thanks to Vinutha for coordinating with us remotely
Absolutely loved our experience at Supertails Kalyannagar! I brought my pet here and left feeling so happy and relieved. The vets are highly professional and showed an incredible amount of genuine care for my pet. It is a fantastic, welcoming clinic and we will definitely be returning!!
Trust me if there was -5 star rating I'd have definitely went for it I had a very disappointing experience at Supertails Pet Clinic Kalyanagar branch The only positive was that the clinic is neat and clean. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations. Despite having a scheduled appointment, there was absolutely no respect for the appointment time. We were made to wait for hours without any proper explanation. The biggest disappointment was the grooming. I took my Persian cat for trimming, and the result was terrible. My cat barely resembles a Persian anymore. The grooming was so poorly done that it looked nothing like what was requested. Instead of handling the cat patiently and professionally, the staff kept blaming my cat for being "uncooperative." They even suggested giving my cat a sedative just for a routine trim, which I found unnecessary and concerning. A professional groomer should know how to handle cats calmly and confidently. To make matters worse, the groomer wasn't even wearing gloves while trimming, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and professionalism. After the session, my cat appeared extremely stressed, was panting heavily, and seemed genuinely traumatized by the experience. Pros: - Neat and clean facility. Cons: - No respect for scheduled appointment times. - Long waiting time despite prior booking. - Poor-quality grooming. - Staff blamed the cat instead of handling it professionally. - Suggested sedation for a routine grooming session. - Groomer did not wear gloves during trimming. - Cat was left highly stressed and traumatized after the session. My suggestion: If you own a cat, especially a Persian, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place for grooming. Based on my experience, the grooming staff lacked the professionalism and cat-handling skills expected from a pet clinic.
