A Team from SuperVets Clinic came to our Complex in order to vaccinate the feral cats living in our building. They were super efficient. The way they caught and held the cats was impressive. They also worked quickly and with compassion. Their love and concern for animals even undomesticated was evident. Thank you Team,, we appreciate your efforts.
I have a lab dog he was having fits for 15 days then we took him to Dr. Mihir and we have seen a huge difference now my dog is very well.
Bad experience.. They charge double the treatment fee.. They give too much medicine for too much forcefully.. I had a very dirty experience. Please don't go. The doctor doesn't even touch the cat early. The consultation fee is different, the treatment fee is different and the injection fee is different..
Absolutely Horrendous Experience! I had the most appalling experience with Supervets Chembur. I had to leave my pet cat there for just 3 days as we were out of Mumbai, and what I found upon return was nothing short of shocking. They kept him caged the entire time, feeding him inside the same cage, forcing him to do his litter in it as well. When I went to pick him up, I was horrified – my poor cat was shivering, filthy, reeking of stench, and his fur was soaked and dirty. This was not just negligence, it was outright cruelty and inhuman treatment. This place should never be trusted with any pet. I strongly urge everyone to stay far away from this so-called facility. If there was an option to give a zero rating, that’s exactly what i wud have given.
Don't go to this clinic if you want your pets to be alive. Went 2 months before there for my cats skin disease and they asked to take several test and grabbed so much money from us and then after 12 am they called us and asking to come to their clinic on late night and also they were asking to bring money. They told us that if we didn't come on that late night my cat would pass away. We got so scared and Went the next day. They told that our cat is not having blood platelets and asking us to put 8 injections. After that we realized that they were doing all these just for the sake of money. We didn't go to any hospital then. By God's grace my cat is okay now.
