Pictures would probably say thousand words and more, I wouldn’t be able to actually do the justice by words for the experience that we had at this uniquely designed hospital. We are pet parents of these amazing babies, I had read about this hospital and the vision that Mr Ratan Tata sir has in the book I came upon a light house by Shantanu, and trust me this is by far one of the best experiences that we have had, from booking appointments to their actual procedures it was a very smooth process, the empathy that everyone shows here is amazing, dr Surbhi is the kindest and very talented, she actually treats all the furr babies as her own, Mr Robert is so supportive and would go above and beyond to help, he is so positive and joyous, Jainy, Vishakha, from the management are truly supportive, all the reception team ,PCA staff and all those that I forgot to mention, a huge thanku for the help that we received, they hand furr babies with at most care. Our hearts are full of love.

I am writing this with a shattered heart. Yesterday, near the Kandivali metro station, I found a tiny, sick street kitten surrounded by floodwaters. It was clear she had met with a severe accident. Driven by pure panic and love, I rushed her into an Uber, traveling all the way from Kandivali to Mahalaxmi under a Red Alert weather warning, desperately seeking help. What followed at the Tata Trusts Small Animal Hospital was nothing short of horrific. I arrived at around 7:00 PM after carrying this fragile soul since 2:30 PM. I filled out the forms and explicitly told the staff that I was ready to pay any amount of money, including all emergency and admission charges, as long as they saved her. They took her inside to the Emergency OPD, and I waited. And waited. For two excruciating hours. Whenever I politely asked for a progress update, the staff flatly denied giving me any information. By 9:00 PM, exhausted and starving, I asked if I could quickly step out to get some food. They refused to let me leave, only to coldly inform me minutes later that I would have to wait another 4 to 5 hours. Throughout this, the employees behaved with utter rudeness and a complete lack of empathy. When I finally couldn't take the stonewalling anymore and demanded to know what was happening or to have the kitten back, I discovered a devastating truth: they had done absolutely nothing. Not a single basic checkup, not even a temperature check, had been performed in those two hours. Now, I am forced to sit here and watch this innocent little soul fade and die right in front of my eyes. I have a few direct questions for the management of Tata Trusts Small Animal Hospital: 1. Where is the basic empathy? Can you please teach your front-desk and triage employees how to behave properly with distressed rescuers and pet parents? 2. Where is the competence? You need to hire experienced, professional staff who understand how to triage actual emergencies. 3. Where is the transparency? If a citizen brings an animal to the Emergency OPD and is fully prepared to pay, we have a right to know what medical procedures or checks are being conducted.

I came for a cardiac consult for my corgi here . The entire experience was excellent, and I left feeling much more informed and reassured. We met Dr. Roshni . She was extremely patient, thorough, and reassuring throughout the consultation. She took the time to carefully evaluate my dog, explained the echocardiogram findings in a way that was easy to understand, and answered every question without rushing us. She gave me the confidence no other doctor could and most importantly she was extremely patient and kind to my dog. A special mention to Nikhil who assisted us and helped my puppy for the ECHO. Thankyou for being so gentle with my pup. 100/100 recommend Dr Roshni and her team for anyone looking for a veterinary cardiologist .

🌸☺️ I am extremely happy with Tata Trust Small Animal Hospital. From the helpers and reception staff to the doctors, everyone demonstrates professionalism, dedication, and expertise in their work.🤝 ✅I would especially like to thank Dr. Ankush, Dr. Riddhi, Dr. Rohit, and Dr. Aishwarya for their excellent care and support throughout my cat’s treatment.🙏☺️🌸 ♥️ A special mention goes to Dr. Aishwarya, who treated my cat with immense love, care, and compassion. She made my cat feel completely comfortable and at home, even hand-feeding her during the treatment process.🥰 Before the sedation, she gently kissed my cat on the forehead, and that moment reassured me that my pet was in safe, caring, and empathetic hands. 🙌 ✅ What I appreciated most was that she did not unnecessarily prescribe medications. Instead, she carefully guided me on the appropriate diet and home care for my cat. I am now delighted to see that my cat is eating well, grooming herself, passing stool normally, and is fit and healthy again. ❌ I would like to mention one minor concern. During my cat’s treatment, the doctors explained that the X-ray and ultrasound findings were normal, which was reassuring. However, I was not provided with copies of the X-ray and ultrasound images. As a pet parent, I would have appreciated having them for my cat’s medical records and future reference. I will collect them whenever I get the opportunity. ✅ Apart from this minor concern, I am extremely happy and satisfied with the care, treatment, and support provided by the entire team. Thank you for helping my cat recover and for treating her with such kindness, professionalism, and dedication.
