Thankyou so much to all the doctors and whole staff.❤️ We loved it, the staff was so good. They took care of everything. It was so amazing. We are really very happy with our pet’s progress and the staff. And honestly I am coming from last 2 weeks daily in morning and evening. And I had such an amazing experience and treatment. Totally worth it.🌹❤️
I had a wonderful experience at The Animal's Friend Hospital, Model Town. Dr. Darshan Chauhan performed surgery on my dog's rear limb, and I am extremely grateful for his expertise and care. The surgery was successful, and my dog has now made a full recovery and is perfectly healthy. Dr. Chauhan is highly skilled, professional, and gave me confidence that my dog was in safe hands. Seeing my dog running and living normally again is the best outcome I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Dr. Darshan Chauhan and The Animal's Friend Hospital to anyone looking for quality veterinary care.
My name is disha, I have taken multipule visit to animal frnds , it's my nearest animal hospital kindof for my stray furry frnds, multiple cured dog I hv taken back, it's a nice place, but what make it more great? The staff nd service in that case ASHOK bhiya is the best person I hv meet there very knowledegeble, helpful, handle cases very nicely other staff is also good .
I cannot recommend this hospital based on my experience. My dog underwent surgery here, including a hysterectomy and removal of the spleen. Before the operation, we were told the spleen needed to be removed urgently because it was believed to be cancerous. Looking back, I feel we were not given enough information about the alternatives, the risks of performing multiple major procedures at once, or whether a less invasive approach was possible. What disappointed me even more was the postoperative care. My dog was discharged the same day after major surgery. There was NO proactive follow-up from the hospital to check on her condition. We had to repeatedly call ourselves when complications arose, and reaching someone outside normal hours was extremely difficult. In my opinion, this is not the level of care I expected after such a serious operation. Unfortunately, my dog did not survive. I understand that not every surgery has a successful outcome, and I know veterinary medicine cannot guarantee results. However, I believe communication, surgical planning, and postoperative support were inadequate in our case. The experience left me feeling that the focus was more on recommending expensive procedures than on providing the best possible care for my pet. Proving that they are running just a money making business. I encourage anyone considering this hospital, PLEASE RECONSIDER. Save your dog's life 🙏. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR DOG, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. This review reflects my personal experience and my honest opinion.
They are not Animal friends, they are just Money making untrained inefficient and money minded people... Their concern is just making money... My dog of 9 yrs was detected pymetra and some cyst on the spleen, they started with IV and antibiotics and took blood test, the report of which was not good for taking up the surgery and I don't know how after a day of IV fluid next day again blood report came which show that all the paremeters are perfect for surgery of removing uterus for pyometra and removing spleen for cyst. Before the surgery also I tried to talk regarding spleen removal at this old age as I read a lot about spleen that it's very sensitive. The doctor Vet Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Vikram Malhotra behaved very busy and just replied that it's normal open karke dekhenge fir remove karenge and carried on with the surgery. After the surgery they asked for 5 day twice IV etc upto the 2nd day my pet was behaving fine started walking and having meal also and the same day morning she vomitted food and left us crying. In this whole process they Animal friend earned around 50K and I lost my Baccha. My questions THE hospital is allowing to perform soft tissue surgery by a Vet Ortho Surgion? The hospital staff is not bothored to take update from the customers after such type of major surgery. Hospital has no arrangements for keeping the patients after major surgery for observation. Hospital has no services after 9 pm. Please never visit them, if u think that ur pets are in right hands if u pay hefty amounts in such type of hospitals then ur wrong, even I was also wrong. I WOULD HAVE VISITED ANY GOVT VET HOSPITALS at least for the same of earning money they would not do unnessery treatments and surgery. Dear pet parents just avoid this Hospital
