I had very good experience with my cat who underwent limb and tail amputation there. The doctors are very skilled and supportive. They communicated very well about our cat’s health. The supportive staff is well mannered. The person posted in our cat’s ward took good care. Theres decent cleanliness.

Extremely disappointed ......with this hospital. We admitted our cat after a dog bite and were told she was stable and would recover in a few days. We were also assured that we would be informed immediately if there was any emergency. For 10 days, we received no updates at all. Then, out of nowhere, we got a call saying our cat had died. This level of negligence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Pet owners deserve honesty, timely updates, and responsible care. I would never recommend this hospital......

Very much pathetic condition of ABC ward bail ghoda parel..... please don't take any stray animals thr for treatment.....on 15 july 2026 I admitted the stray cat Calm who always use to visit my home she was like a pet cat to me. Such a sweet soul ....I admitted her to perform the neuter procedures I paid 2500 rs for that and I was told that tomorrow on 16 July dr will perform the neuter procedures on her and once she is recovered from that u can take her home after 8 days....I said ok....& next day my phone was not reachable so I call them today morning i e on 17 July around 10 and they said ur cat died yesterday afternoon we tried to reach u but ur phone was not available though I have provided my husband's mobile also.....I was so shocked to know about her...she was so fit n active cat till the time I admitted her in ABC ward. I don't know what happened to her and what they did to her ..... when I went thr today afternoon to claim her to perform her last rites the billing counter person said we have kept her in freezer and u need to pay 2000 rs as a freezer rent .....i said I am not going to pay a single money to u people......or else I will contact local corporator n complain about this situation and then they gave me Calms body and told me that u can perform her last rites here only don't have to pay anything for that.....and one more thing I found that surgery was performed but no stitches wr seen on her stomach only cotton was inserted in that part.....I will always be in guilt for taking wrong decision for my cat Calm.....so sorry Calm please forgive me............I tried my best but it's unfortunate .......un predictable. I lost her for no reason.......My fault one wrong decision of mine took my calms life.

This place is good for surgery but not recommended for bigger issues or internal organ issues , there are no professional doctor just the interns practicing on life of innocent animals , and these intern young doctors just come for 2 hour in morning and write the medication and wardboy who are hardly educated gives the medication by prescription of these doctors, overall I saw many animals suffering and they don't care they don't have much empathy, these people will see dog bleeding and then say don't be sensitive and the wards are also not much clean i took 15000 rs ward (ac unit) still there were fleas ticks all over i understood the treatment is shit as the give every animal same fluid treatment and they don't monitor heart rate and tempreture in between, I saw many dogs who got overfluid and lost their lives Kindly avoid visiting if u can afford good treatment kindly go to a reputaed vet with good clean atmosphere

This animal hospital was constructed on the land donated by late Jamshedaji Tata. The building has terminus construed as dates back as 1888 and thus it carries a legacy of around 150 yrs. The OPD is run by the government and administration and admission is private. The faculty are experienced but the care is just like a typical government run hospitals across the country. The general ward has 4 to 5 tables (in the open) to handle and care the animals which doesn't require admission or for patients who can't afford. Rest they have private wards with Ac rooms and some have even attached bath , incase your pet requires a longer and critical care. One can see Feline , Canine , Bovine and all such animals and even Eagles and Hawks undergoing treatment.
