We have been bringing our dog, Coco, to The Blue Ridge Hospital for the past 3 years, and I highly recommend them. They are very affordable, and the doctors genuinely care. They take a wonderful approach by treating early symptoms gently before moving to serious treatment plans.
Dr. Manisha treated Coco for two years and was an incredible support when he recently developed tick fever and complex neurological symptoms(staring into corners, reduced responsiveness, and difficulty recognizing me) . She explained every treatment possibility clearly and did her absolute best for him. Thanks to her expertise over the years, cause of her incredible findings and medication over the years, Coco was able to live a very happy, playful, and active life despite his illness.
I am also incredibly thankful to Dr. Nidharshana, who stepped in during a critical moment whenDuring his tick fever treatment, Coco suffered severe vomiting due to medication side effects. She took X-rays, treated him for two weeks, She patiently listened to all of our family's concerns and answered every single question with so much calm and kindness.
We did MRI scan and the results shows an area of abnormal tissue located in the right parietal lobe
Though Coco passed away due to his underlying neurological condition, he did not suffer, and he had a wonderful life because of the care he received here. Thank you, Dr. Manisha, Dr. Nidharshana, and the entire team at The Blue Ridge Hospital, for giving us more precious time with our boy.
Run free, Coco. 🐾

Blue Ridge Pet Specialty Clinic took incredible care of my cat during a very stressful parvo diagnosis. Every doctor and staff member was compassionate, attentive, and treated my cat as if they were their own.
What truly stood out was how deeply everyone understands the importance of pets in our lives. They took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions, and offered constant reassurance. I’m extremely grateful for the care my cat received and would highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner looking for both expertise and genuine compassion.

I highly recommend Blue Ridge for your pet. The care and attention they give you is par excellence. Dr. Manisha is a great doctor. She is really smart. Our cat was seriously ill and we were desperately searching for a second opinion, when a friend recommended Dr. Manisha @Blue Ridge. She brought our cat back to normal in just a week and I am so grateful to her and the whole team who took such good care of him.
After 6 months
Our cat Dodi is doing really well. We got him neutered at the end of March. All went well, as expected.
