I lost my dog because of Dr Yash… Despite my repeatedly telling all the details to him…he just didn’t bother…he was busy making money and his record… On the most critical day, he referred us to a zero facility hospital / rural clinic because of his commission…and we lost our dog because of his negligence… We are going to take strict action against this negligence…
Last month I got 2 of my dogs vaccinated for ticks. Out of the 2 dogs, the ticks of one have not yet gone away and even if one had ticks, they have started coming back. I had told them that I should get the one with 3 months coverage and I paid for the 3 month vaccine but I got very bad and poor result. No ticks went back and I also asked for the doctor's prescription for giving them injection but they did not provide that either, never recommend.
They are very helpful and bring care genuinely to our pets. Both of them are well informed and very responsive in case of an emergency. The doctor handles the pets with care, and experience and then we are also able to shop for basic supplies for the pet right here. It’s a one-stop-shop for everything we need for our pets.
You people are doing amazing work,knows exactly how to take care and make the pet feel comfortable. Expertise in dealing with critical cases.Highly professional. Thankfulness for such an outstanding vet doctor. Recommend to consider this clinic.
We used their services for our dog. He had issues with his kidney due to which the doctor gave him some drips. One of the day they put the drip on his backside which caused a swelling and then later on it got converted into a ball of pus. He also prescribed a very expensive medicine which was of no use. We trusted them and they were only thinking of making money. Very bad experience.
