Extremely disappointing and irresponsible behaviour as a Vet. God knows what kind of ego it is.. I have been trying to get an appointment for my pet for almost a month now — since 9th August, to be precise. I have repeatedly tried calling, but calls are not being answered. I have also contacted the clinic on WhatsApp, only to be told repeatedly that the vet is unavailable or that all slots are booked. I stay in Phase 3, and this is the nearest vet I found on Google. Seeing the impressive 5-star ratings, I genuinely expected a professional and accessible veterinary service. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely different. This is not just about getting a routine appointment. On the last two occasions when my pet had nerve pain, I faced the same problem. The first time, I was told there were no appointments available. The next time, the vet was on leave for four days. In both situations, despite having a reputed vet nearby, I had to travel much farther because there was simply no way to get timely medical attention. I completely understand that a vet can be busy, appointments can be full, and doctors can go on leave. But when there is consistently no availability, calls aren’t answered, and there is no meaningful support even when a pet is in discomfort, it raises a serious question about accessibility and responsibility towards patients. What exactly is a pet owner expected to do during an urgent situation? Keep trying WhatsApp and wait for the next available slot? A 5-star rating creates an expectation of not just good treatment, but also basic accessibility and responsibility when people genuinely need help. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been nowhere as forget about appointment , I am not even able to reach on calls or WhatsApp. I am genuinely disappointed because I wanted to have a reliable vet close to home, but after repeatedly facing the same issue, I am honestly not sure how I can depend on your clinic when my pet actually needs medical attention. Good Ratings on google mean a very little if a pet owner staying 5 mins away cannot reach you even once, when it matters most. Now u will ask to show prescription or say that I have never visited your clinic. So its true.. You are so irresponsible that you failed to pick calls even once.
