I truely appreciate the services they provide for pets.. True meaning of 'treatment' - not only with medicines, vaccinations & products, but also with deep care, warmth and experience.. I can always rely on 'The Pets Planet' for my cat and kitten, even at the time of urgency.. 😻😻
“This doctor is one of the best in Okhla, especially Dr. Rakesh and his staff. They are very kind and professional. Their consultation fee is affordable, and they provide excellent treatment. They are very polite and caring. I highly recommend visiting them. This is one of the best clinics in Okhla.”
Great service...dr.and staff very friendly and my cat lucy now fine thanks dr.rakesh and staff..
Traumatizing experience....It breaks my heart to write this, but I had a very upsetting experience at this place. I brought my kitten in for a first ever grooming session, hoping for a gentle introduction. Instead, I had to watch my kitten be handled so harshly and being held with absolutely no gentleness during the bath. It was so painful to see my little one treated like an object. I expected more kindness for a kitten who isn't even a year old yet.
Docs and para medical staff is very good My cat suffered from Fpv and the care and line of treatment she got is excellent she got a new life really great and dedicated staff
