We got all of my baby Snuffy’s vaccinations done here, and our experience has been truly excellent. Snuffy never faced any issues or side effects after the vaccinations and is healthy, active, and doing perfectly fine. The doctor is very kind, professional, and handles pets with great care and patience. Every visit has been smooth, and we always receive proper guidance and attention. The clinic environment is also clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring vet for their pets ❤️✨

Thank you Dr. Awmtea and Sawmi for taking good care of our furry baby. We have a peace of mind knowing that our beloved Muffin is in safe hands. Dr. Awmtea is smart, has in-depth knowledge and is very much involved with the patients. Sawmi is really sweet and helpful. Apart from the clinic, the pet shop also has different varieties of good quality necessities for cats and dogs at a reasonable price. We are spoiled for choice. A must visit for every pet parents! Muffin is looking forward to his next appointment 😊

We have been frequenting at The Promised Pet Shop, they were all genuinely refreshing experiences. Warm reception, transparent guidance, and only essential, quality medication prescribed. No upselling, no unnecessary products; just sincere concern for the pet’s wellbeing over profit. Our go-to pet shop & pet care, highly recommended.

The vet and the staff at Promise Pet shop have been incredibly helpful over the past year. They go out of their way in providing the best treatment for pets. The doctor is my forever go to Vet for my pet 'Sky', along with Somi who is so diligent and hard working. Thank you for all that you do and for your personalised care towards every pet.
