I have took time to write this review which means that i really had a very bad experience please read this before you take your pet to this hospital. I took my seriously ill cat to this hospital based on a friend’s recommendation. Since our previous clinic was far, we continued the same treatment here, visiting twice daily for drips and injections. On my third visit, my wife and I asked Dr. Harshitha if we could start feeding our cat as he seemed to be recovering. Her response was rude and dismissive—she told us to “check with the doctor who is treating him,” despite us visiting this hospital regularly for the past few days. It felt disrespectful and lacked basic empathy towards both the pet and us as owners. Instead of addressing our concern, she escalated the situation to Dr. Vaseem. What was disappointing was that, without even understanding the situation properly, he immediately said they couldn’t take responsibility for our cat and that they were only providing support as suggested. There was no attempt to reassure us or guide us, which is the least one expects from experienced professionals. As pet parents, we come to vets for care, clarity, and compassion—not attitude or indifference. Communication and empathy are just as important as treatment. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this hospital to other pet parents. You’ll find several reviews mentioning rude behavior by Dr. Harshitha. This clearly shows the hospital is aware of the issue but hasn’t taken responsibility. Having a doctor who lacks basic empathy and connection towards animals reflects poorly on the entire hospital.

We are deeply disappointed with our experience. Throughout our cat’s illness, we repeatedly brought her in for treatment and underwent blood tests, scans, and other investigations on almost every visit. Despite these repeated tests, we were consistently reassured that she was recovering and would improve. We followed the prescribed treatment plan, including the medications that were recommended, because we trusted the advice we were being given. What has been difficult to come to terms with is that despite our cat’s condition continuing to worsen, we continued to receive optimistic assurances until very late in the process. By the time the seriousness of the situation became clear, we felt valuable time had been lost. Even near the end, we were given hope that things could still turn around, but our cat deteriorated rapidly and sadly passed away. We understand that veterinary medicine is not an exact science and that outcomes cannot always be predicted. However, we expected clearer communication about the risks, prognosis, and the possibility that the treatment might not be working. Looking back, we feel we were not adequately prepared for how serious the situation had become despite the number of tests and follow-up visits conducted throughout her treatment. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and this experience has left us with many unanswered questions and significant disappointment.

Extremely devastating experience. The doctor repeatedly asked for blood tests and scans, and we brought our cat in almost every day for around a month. Despite all the tests, treatments, and our constant visits, her condition deteriorated rapidly. We were repeatedly reassured that she was doing fine, yet she continued to get worse day after day until she eventually passed away. The entire experience has left a lasting scar on me, and we can’t help but feel deeply disappointed by how her worsening condition was handled and communicated. The hormonal injection made our cat deteriorate RAPIDLY very bad experience .

I’ve been taking my Persian cats to Dr. Vaseem at Trustivet for over 2 years. Although we live near Marathahalli and it takes us around 2 hours to get there, he’s the only vet I truly trust with my pets. My 11-year-old cat, Cassie, suffered from kidney issues and after trying several other clinics with no improvement, it was Dr. Vaseem’s care that brought him back to full health. I continue to take both my cats to him, and knowing they are in such capable and compassionate hands gives me immense peace of mind. For any pet parent, having a vet you can rely on completely is priceless and that’s exactly what Dr. Vaseem is for us.

Dear team , the table that you put dogs and cats on for scanning their stomach, spleen kidney is just hard wood . In order to scan you need to lay the pet on their back , my dogs entire body weight would have been on on his spinal cord touching this hard wood if I wouldn't have kept my palm under his spinal cord , ie; only a thin layer of skin over his spinal cord . His entire bodyweight of 32 kg isn't even dispersed throughout his spinal cord , the entire body weight is dispersed on a inch of their spinal cord.very painful, request the team to add a thick 3 inch memory foam over the table , also I request the people to carry a thick towel so you can fold it and make your pet lay upside down on their spinal cord .
