I had a wonderful experience at Torres Vet Clinic. They provided seamless and excellent service for an injured stray puppy. The doctor and staff were great, treating the puppy with care and speaking kindly throughout the process. Highly recommend their compassionate and professional care.
THE BEST vet ever!! I have a 13 yrs old dog n a young cat. In all these year all the vets, clinics n hospitals I have visited for them never came accross someone as good as Dr Shahkool Khan. Other than all times I have consulted him, my cat was spayed recently. Cant appreciate enough how efficiently he did the surgery n post surgical treatment. He's all ears for knowing your pet better n giving the best care n consultation they need. Experienced n blessed 😇 Greatly recommended!

I'm writing this post for the sake of Dog lovers & their pets with tears in my eyes. I had a Schitzu named Teddy.During the month of August he stopped eating so I went to a Veterinary clinic owned by Shahkool khan at Sai Mandir Karol Bagh. He took his blood sample & my son was diagnosed with low Haemoglobin & platelets were also not ok.He started treatment as I consider a doctor is a God on Earth I fully trusted him & went on regularly basis. He gave him liquid solutions through injection as my pet was not eating solid food. After a fortnight as there was no improvement I insisted Doctor that he can have tick fever so to go for Ultrasound & X- ray for my pet. At that time I realised he is greedy & money minded when I told him to go for tick fever test Then again he went for blood test done by IDEXX.The machine he is using for blood test is not genuine as it's of a cheaper quality. In that report haemoglobin level got improved but had infection in kidney.So for few days I kept on going to him for the treatment. As my family members were not satisfied I changed the doctor That Doctor went for Ultrasound,X- ray & blood test . My pet was diagnosed with liver & kidney issues. He had jaundice alongwith & after 2 days of observation I lost my son Teddy as he was on his heavenly abode. Now again reason behind writing is Name of the clinic is Torres Vet clinic owned by Shahkool khan is an inexperienced doctor . It seems that it's a charitable clinic but nothing as such as he is paying a rent of 70 k plus to the premises owner. He himself charges consultation He has appointed a lot of people in his clinic & in today's world nobody works for free They are on Salary basis. So I'm bit suspicious about it's a charitable clinic. Money is not an issue if it's going to safe hands. So beware of these sort of greedy & inexperienced Veterinary doctors who have made this a money making business. I can share the comparatively reports but writing this much even says a lot. Missing you my fur Baby Teddy but in memories you'll be forever.
This my cat situation so critical her cornea was demage....now she is okay....they treatment very well i m so happy...n treatment cost ony 650rs starting.....bt my cat feels good
