A big thank you to the entire team for helping my Golden Retriever, Maggie. She had accidentally swallowed a glass vial, and it was a very stressful situation for us. The vets Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Gaurav handled everything calmly, explained the procedure properly, and performed the endoscopy with a lot of care. What I appreciated most was the confidence and attention given to Maggie throughout the process. The procedure went smoothly, and she is now recovering well. Really grateful to the vets and staff for their support and efforts. As a pet parent, it gave me a lot of reassurance knowing Maggie was in safe hands.

I found this 8-10 weeks old Mackerel tabby kitty 🐈 almost dead, lying prostrate on the ground on the roadside near Dockyard Rd station, I thought she was going to die and deserved a dignified end so got her home, she refused to drink water nor eat anything but she started sitting up and making soundless meows, so I took her to Uptown Vets Parel. There she got a new lease of life thanks to the special care by Dr Rujuta and her team, they literally revived her with O2, nebulisation, IV. In just 11 days one can see that this kitty is now having the best time in life. Thanks once again Uptown Vets.

I recently had my 7-month-old Pomeranian, Sky, under observation at Uptown , and I’m truly grateful for the care they provided. Since the facility is quite far from where I stay, I was initially a bit anxious, but their regular updates made all the difference. They consistently shared videos of Sky eating, in the morning, afternoon, and night, which really reassured me that he was doing well. They also made sure he stayed hydrated and comfortable throughout his stay. Sky was kept under observation for 3 days after his surgery, and the level of attention and professionalism shown by the team was commendable. While the services are on the expensive side, the quality of care, transparency, and constant communication absolutely justify it. Thank you for taking such good care of my little one ❤️
