I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this vet clinic. I took my dog there when he wasn't feeling well, and from the very beginning, the vet was only focused on insisting unnecessary tests and selling expensive products. Normally, a Parvo test costs ₹700, but she charged us ₹1200 for it. On top of that, we had to constantly ask and follow up to get the test result — it wasn't provided to us until we demanded it. She showed no proper knowledge of dogs or their care. The "dog wipes" she sold us were priced at ₹325 online, but she charged ₹499 for the same product. The consultancy fee was also ₹1000, whereas most reputed clinics charge ₹400–₹500. What was even worse, she didn’t explain the treatment properly in one go. Every time we visited, she said “I’ll tell you next time,” expecting another consultancy fee each visit. She kept forcing us for a Distemper test even though our pup had no symptoms. It clearly felt like she was more interested in making money than the pet's actual wellbeing. During the Parvo test, the testing kit accidentally fell on the floor, but shockingly, she still used it for the test — risking serious infection for our dog. There was no hygiene at all, she wasn’t wearing gloves, no assistant was present, and the clinic lacked a proper, clean place to even safely keep a pet. On top of all this, she unnecessarily prescribed medicines which weren’t needed for our puppy’s condition and constantly tried to sell us accessories from her clinic. Highly unprofessional, unhygienic, greedy, and irresponsible. If you truly love your pet, please avoid this place and find a vet who genuinely cares for animals and follows proper hygiene and ethical practices. You’ll end up wasting money and risking your pet’s health here. Not recommended at all We were new parents so we went to her but if anu bagga read this please stop being so greedy
