  I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the negligence and lack of care shown during my pet’s treatment. As a pet owner, we trust veterinarians with the lives of our family members. Our pets cannot speak for themselves, so they rely entirely on your knowledge, experience, and compassion. Unfortunately, my experience with you was the exact opposite of what I expected from a medical professional. Despite multiple visits, you failed to identify the root cause of my pet’s condition. Instead of thoroughly investigating the problem, I was left with uncertainty while my pet’s health continued to deteriorate. Had I not sought further help elsewhere, I genuinely believe the consequences could have been devastating. My beloved fur baby’s life was put at unnecessary risk because of your carelessness and lack of proper diagnosis. A doctor is expected to prioritize the well-being of their patients above everything else. Sadly, throughout my experience, it felt as though your primary concern was charging consultation fees and recommending treatments without finding the actual cause of the illness. It gave the impression that earning money mattered more than providing proper medical care. What hurts the most is the complete lack of empathy. Pet owners come to you during some of the most stressful moments of their lives, placing their faith in your expertise. We don’t bring our pets to a clinic because we have no other option—we come because we believe you will do everything possible to help them. Instead, I was met with negligence, poor judgment, and an attitude that made me question whether my pet’s life had any value to you. A veterinarian should possess not only medical knowledge but also compassion, responsibility, and honesty. Unfortunately, I did not experience any of those qualities. This has been one of the most upsetting experiences I have ever had, and I would never want another pet owner or innocent animal to go through what my pet and I endured. I sincerely hope you reflect on your approach to veterinary care. Lives are entrusted to you every single day, and every careless decision can have irreversible consequences. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I strongly encourage fellow pet owners to carefully consider their options and seek a veterinarian who is genuinely committed to diagnosing problems correctly, treating animals with compassion, and valuing both the lives of pets and the trust of their owners.
